I can see your point and I feel the same way! A new 'police' like skin would be great, but no new skins until the standalone comes out as far as I understand. Also I need to make very clear that this is NOT a clan. This is a 'society' of people who want to protect others. The thing is, we will not kill people unless proven to be Bandits. Personally I keep my distance and watch over people. IF I see someone getting shot or someone shooting at nother person I will kill them. Unless I see or have any particular prove of one being a Bandit, I will not kill. Again, this is my personal playstyle. We won't be laying around in the grass 24/7 unless called upon by a survivor in need. -

Noone is invinsible and invisible ;-). Cool, I will be able to whitelist you instantly as you are already on the TMW whitelist. But only upon request :-).' We do NOT arrest, we kill Bandits on sight. -
Steam is absolutely horrible for VoIP! The quality is some of the lowest I have heard in years (due to our technology today). Ventrilo has too much delay and Skype is just annoying. It is way too CPU consuming, drags down your graphics and the mics are active at all times, making it... Annoying. TeamSpeak3 on the other hand is a very lightweight program which has very low delay, high quality sound and is very easy to use. The only plus for Skype is the chat, but this is due to Skype being a IM program (Instant Messaging), where TeamSpeak3 and Ventrilo is made for gamers to SPEAK and not write.

You are correct, all you have to do is have a bloodbag in your main inventory, walk up to a person who needs blood (anything under 12k blood) and scrool you mousewheel. You should see the message "Give bloodtransfusion". Click and wupti, and bloodtransfusion as been given :-).

It's a long time ago and you might have fixed it now, but if not I can tell you that the Addons folder exsists in the Arma2 OA/Expansion folder. The path would look a bit like: "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\expansions\addons". I hope this helped!

Script Restriction #40 Battleye?

I would like to confirm the #1. I also have this issue, but I am NOT running any scripts. Or apparently I am, but I haven't installed them. All night I didn't have any issues with this and as i just mentioned, I haven't installed any scripts. Don't even know how to. So why does Script Restriction #40 mean?! -
I had the same issue when I updated to the latest ArmA II Beta Patch. I just downgraded one, and it worked fine again. It seems to be an issue with the new Beta Patch (Maybe the servers haven't updated yet).

How is TeamSpeak a certain way to get killed by a bandit? - lol! TeamSpeak is more reliable, faster, better quality, less CPU consuming etc. than Skype. TeamSpeak beats Skype in everything except type chatting. So I ask again, how is TeamSpeak a certain way to get killed by a bandit? - I don't get it. -

Playing as a loner and be friendly is not the way to go at the moment. You would want to be careful and hide alot and really don't get near other players unless you've agreed to meet forehand :-). That is 95% of the times though. The other 5%, people is legit and friendly, but it's rare :-). -

Go copy all the files from arma2/addons into the arma2 oa/addons folder. Do not overwrite exsiting files.
