I copyed my friends arma2 and OA since it was taking me to long to download them from steam. We are having problems playing on the same server when I am at his place but when I'm at my house it works fine and we can play together. Would this because because I copyed his game files so I didnt have to download them?? Or would this be caused by something else like joing the same server on the same ip address. Thanks!

Yea I have 3 blood bags on me and in the top of the firestation tower on this server but its a night server its pretty much the safest bet for me to crawl my way out of here

yea i dont use steam either just thought maybe that is why i cant get it to work I use six launcher

I also bought the game through steam if that changes anything I have to do.

i ment = mistyped, so I put "-port=2350" into the Additional Startup Parameters in six launcher and I just get stuck at wait for host. Thanks for helping me through all this!!!

says wait for host and doesnt go any farther with -port-2350, is there a space before the -?

So in other words we cant play on same server.

No message recived for then a number counting up, doesnt matter what server we join it does that. But if we join separate servers we can play. Or if I was at my house and join the server he was on it would work.

as soon as one of us joins the server we get a message that says something on the lines of "You have not recieved communication from this server then a number that counts up"
