No respawn on our server since 3 days.

Reinstalled my OS now and installed Arma OA again along with the beta patch and DayZ. So, the only possible reason could be the mentioned above.

I reinstalled CO and DayZ. Looks like my char save is completely fucked up. Any way to get my save reseted?

Anyone knows another source since http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php is offline? I have an outdated Arma 2 beta patch installed and there is hardly any server I can join.

It should. The changes are Arma related, not DayZ. I hope Rocket includes a fix in the next DayZ patch.

Really don't like it, too. Revolver to weak, and M1911 is also too weak. A little nerf for the M1911 and the Enfield would be OK. All other nerfes are unnecessary. MP5 useless, PP-19 even more useless and almost every pistol is useless now. I think carrying a flashlight hurts zombies and player more than carrying a sidearm.

Not really possible when you have to kill a zombie on open field. Wat? There is no damage dropoff. Enfield does 6722 (now) on all ranges. And with your weird system the Enfield should have done around 1.05 damage before Patch and 0.52 damage after patch.

That proves the chart lol Anways, the chart is correct. e. g. Enfield takes 2 hits to kill.

Download one of the older beta patches and install them. http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ New beta patch isn't working with BattleEye yet, so you can't play. Downgrade or wait.

Hey guys Got a nasty problem with the saving of my character progress. Almost every time everything gets ereased when I join a server next day. It happend serveral times now. I tried to join another server and see if my progress is loaded there but still I'm back at the coast with nothing but the standard equipment. I always exit the game the way I should > ESC > Abort > Disconnect and then end the game, no Alt + F4 or taskmanger. Anyway to fix that problem? It's lame when I got a AR and I'm near the Airfield and then getting reseted. And I also wasn't playing on "FUN" servers.

Don't download the newest patch when it just got released. Wait one day until the patch works with BattleEye and some servers update to the new patch.

Don't use the Six Launcher and use the ingame browser. The ingame browser is updating in realtime.

Go down to high. I'm running a 7970 and very high is not playable in cities. On my 5850 the game runs fine on very high. As we all know, the graphic engine is not the newest...

No, it will not run. The 520 is slower then the 8600GT and that card is minimum. The only thing that the 520 does better is the modern architecture but that doesn't helps a bit in this "old" game. More like the other way... Newer cards perform not as good as older cards.

You'll get about 10-20 FPS. Not really playable. The GPU is really bad. If you paid more than 350 $ for that piece of shit then you got screwed.

If you get spawned without nothing near the coast even if you logged out with some gear on another location you just have to get killed once (DON'T RESPAWN!). Just run to a zombie and get killed or jump off a ladder. Anything will do. When you're dead just abort to the lobby and join again. You should spawn where you were before. Hope this temp. fix works for you guys, too!

And lost everything again. Losing all items doesn't bothers me at all. In 20 mins I find almost all that stuff that I had before. The thing that really bothers me is that I have to walk another 2 hours to get to the NW airfield again... It's starting to get really annoying... No, I knew about these bugs and didn't used them. And also they don't reset the position :D
