Is there a download for this map other than Dayz Commander?

Not Really, Id say im just as hooked on the game as he is, Yea the Hackers and artifacts kills the gameplay atm, but thats what Lingor island and private hives are for. Im fully geared up on the main hive but aint played it in weeks really, yet i still bounce on Dayz when i can. Just got to enjoy the parts of the game that hasn't been ruined yet, like grabbing that Lee and running to eletro >=)

Voted For DayZ because its still has me racing home from work to play it even with the current mod problems! Think ill end up quitting my job when standalone comes out.... *Sigh

At about 20 past 11 GMT on server LU194 A hacker teleported everyone to the NEAF..... I managed to run away as no1 targeted me because i just spawned. Managed to get an axe and run up behind the spineless cunt and kill him as he was looting all the dead bodies. His name was =AFFE= TheSt!ng3r <--- Cunt. Sorry for whoever died in that mess but hope you feel a bit better that i took the kid out with an axe

Well what i ment by expert is a server with 3rd person turned off. ive got a list of veteran server that i play on with it turned on, but makes it unfair for player (myself) who love playing the hardcore way

Dude he said before if you read the posts, that he wanted to try fix the Graphical problems before the weekend....

Theres Prob a way to track and see if a player takes damage then DCs, then it would be clear that they have Alt-f4 to save themselfs from being killed altogether. If a player is seen to be doing this a lot, they get warning/ban or whateverrrr. But whatever they put in place to combat this problem, will help. They are hardly gona invest time into adding something to the game that is pointless.

When we looted his body, he didn't look like your standard, run of the mill, noob. He had AK, Lee, and just general supplys, From the looks of the crime scene and the previous evidence, Id be happy to say we Did not shoot a noob :P

Altho looking at the game i have now, i clearly messed up my first try and installing, because my gear window wouldnt work fully in game and i never got the starting location when i spawned. So think i fucked up somewhere, if your also getting all these problems then -uninstall everything until you only have Aram 2 and Aram OA installed on steam -run them to make sure they start ok -And then watch this video step by step making sure you do everything ok. -cross your fingers. If your lucky and do get it working, watch out because the first time i logged out i lost my stuff again but relogs after that i kept it all (:

So there’s a few of us that got this game a week ago, starting to get the hang of it. On one of our life's we decided to move up the ladder of survival and head in land to see what wild adventures await us there. Four of us spawn, Andrew and Cups along with myself land near Chernogorsk, the other Ben, spawns along the East Coast near Tulga. Our Mission was clear, To meet up and Reach Ben before he gets himself killed. So the three of us met up at the church north of Chernogorsk looting the fuck out of everything we could, moving east towards Prigordky. Already I had grabbed myself a Sexy CZ550. The other two had also picked up a Shotgun, AK and a Revolver, so needless to say we looked pretty boss (Well so I thought). As we moved along the coastline, we spotted a young chap being chased by a dirty ass Zombie. We discussed slowly whether or not to help the guy out or watch as he was slowly eaten alive, but since I hadn’t popped of any rounds of my CZ yet I took this opportunity to no scope that zombie in the head. Felt like a true hero, it was as if I was wearing a batman mask as we continued to move down the coast towards the town of Prigordky. After some “Zombie trouble” at Prigordky we lost cups…. Not to any in-game danger but to the pussy cunt getting tired and logging off…. Waste of space that kid. ANYWAYS after lost of our so called companion, Andy and myself started heading north east towards the town of PUSTA (or PUSSSAAAA as ben called it) About 20 mins into our hike into the mountain towards Pussaaaaa Andy Spots an alone wander sprinting through the forest. I scope in to take the shot as we can see he’s got a Lee Enfield, he’s dodging in and out of the trees as Im trying to line up the shot, just about to pull down on the trigger/mouse when Andy the fucking retard walks in the way to try and see the guy…. Who ever you were, you can thank Andy for your life. We Continue inwards and finally meet up with ben, Andy and myself are running in slow mo towards Ben who’s at the other side of the field doing the same. Music from the heavens open up and light shines to as we are almost together at last, when we spot a zombie and have to hit the dirt. We crawled up to each other and give a virtual high5, and enjoyed the anti climax of our meet up…. But our story isn’t over yet! Its about 11:30 IRL and we all have work in the morning. So we decide to make one last stop before logging off at Mogilevka, just north of Chernogorsk. After looting the town we make our way out towards a safe location to log out. Ben thinks its funny and just runs out of the town pulling every zombie in sight. We take a lot of damage and use a lot of ammo saving ourselves. And now we are standing in an open field exchanging items, as we all huddle in a circle taking shit out of each others backpacks like something out of Brokeback mountain, Andy giggles and says “we should really move out of this field before we get shot my someone” Giggle Giggle** and no word of a lie, the second he says that, we hear a shot from a Lee Enfield and ben drops to the floor! Me and Andy panic and run in circles around the field trying to dodge the flying bullets, Andy takes one in the tit killing him cus he’s a weak bastard, I try to spot the guy and take him out but the second I stop I take a bullet to the knee. As im rolling about like an epileptic dog at a rave, the guy finishes me off… 6 Hours we lasted, 6 fucking Hours it took us to get together….. And yet… We plan to do it all over again tonight :D

Yea dude i joined the TS in work earlier today, but wasnt on Dayz after work.

i just fixed the problem i had, When i started up the game each time i got a missing file at the menu, was told thats normal but my mates didnt get it, so uninstalled the beta patch dayz mod so that the only thing i had was ARAM 2 and ARAM OA. then followed this video that my mates used and its working fine now. video = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhM5VTvGW00&list=HL1342549297&feature=mh_lolz

I get this every time.... yet to hear of any way of fixing it....

Does anyone else not get the Spawning locations when spawning? Everyone else does and it helps alot when starting... i end up having to run around looking at the towns i go into before knowing where i am...
