    SOLVED. AN EASY SOLVE TO MANY PEOPLES PROBLEMS. Stop your graphics card from Overclocking automatically and turn your games settings from 'VERY HIGH' to 'Medium' (THE GAME IS EXTREMELY DEMANDING) I did this and now my GPU stays at 52C which allows me to play the game. Thanks to KRTSHV for suggesting to look into my GPU.

    Hello, I recently purchased ARMA II: OA on Steam to play DayZ. I have downloaded the six launcher and successfully update it each time I attempt to play the game. On entry into the game server after 2-5 minutes of roaming around my screen literally goes into standby mode and my computer becomes unusable, the only thing I can do is shut it down. I've tried everything, may I please receive some assistance? Specs: Windows 7 Home Preimum 64-bit Intel Core i7 CPU 960 @3.2ghz 12GB of DDR3 Ram Amd Radeon HD 6800 1GB Graphics card
