Hey guys I was planning to hold out until stand alone dayz was released but that isnt looking for be for atleast another six months minimum at this point. I have been reading about multiple new dayz maps available for people to play on for the last few days. My question is which ones are popular and actually worth playing? and can i join servers through dayz commander or six launcher? I may just go back to the original but if any of these new maps are worthwhile and have a decent community playing it might be worth a go.

Is anyone else having issues with the actual dayz version not the beta patch version? I seem to always be able to join 1.62 servers and rarely 1.61 (bad version error) servers and it is getting really annoying. Now I do not only have to worry about what beta patch version but also dayz version as every bloody server has a mix between 2-3 version types. Does anyone know what version is most stable at the moment and is there any way to manually install that version?

haha i got all my stuff back but for some reason spawned in the center of the airfield and had to run for me life.

last night I was at the airfield completely loaded with loot and i logged at a safe point. Log on today and i am at the beach with a new survivor... wtf is the deal? I know this is alpha but geez a bug this big really kills my motivation to keep playing.

Hey guys I logged on today and I am back on the shore as a new survivor while last night I was at the airfield loaded with stuff. I certainly didn't die and logged at a safe spot so what is the deal? is this a regular occurance? I know it's alpha but damn it makes me angry that i lost everything i had worked so hard for nothing.

Is it true my blood will only drop to 6000? or will it eventually kill me?

Ah crap.... I am in abit of trouble then.

My character is losing about 3 blood per second and I have tried eating, drinking and bandaging multiple times. What is the cause of this or is it a bug?

Hmm interesting.. do you have a method of browsing server that I do not know about? or do you just browse through dayz?

Thanks Onus do you know the answer to the second part of my question? I am worried sixlauncher will try to update it to the latest beta patch (which i dont really want) or will it only try to do that if i select a server using that beta patch?

I am doing a fresh dayz install and I am trying to figure out which is the more stable beta patch to use at the moment. Also does sixlauncher update beta patches? if so is there any way to stop it from updating to 94954?

Something happened with my sixlauncher last night that has caused me issues with joining any dayz servers all of today. Sixlauncher updated something and I am not sure what it updated and i have been having the issues ever since. I think i might have updated the beta patch a few days ago but not 100% sure. I am doing a fresh install now so do you guys have any suggestions or things to avoid doing to get into servers easier? I will only update to 94876 beta patch but should I avoid sixlauncher for the time being?

The last method which I found on youtube has been giving me serious issues lately so i wanted to know if you guys had any links to a proper way to install/update dayz from scratch with arma 2 free and operation arrowhead. I am just uninstalling everything and doing a fresh install.
