Error creating direct3D 9 graphical engine

So, i installed a new motherboard, had to reinstall windows, redownloaded arma II and Arma2OA, and now i'm getting this error. http://gyazo.com/62434f95f1ee7681ab4aa6b5e5d18d70 any help? please? i would really like to keep playing this game. Thanks in advance :D
