OK! Listen. I have a challenge for you guys. I have $400-500 dollars. I want the cheapest pre-built PC you can find that will run this. Even on lowest settings. I mean come on. Seriously... I mean every time I ask people give me $1000 rigs. I know not every single player spent 1 grand on this. There must be at least a couple PCs for cheap that can run this on low.
