I did what Rammfisch suggested, but there was no change.

With the patch installed, every game I join, it runs smoothly right up until I join from lobby. Then I get kicked off the server.

Beta patch 94945 is installed, still nothing. Also, The connection icons to the left of the server names in the ARMA II: CA multiplayer lobby are all red X's, while my friend has yellow and green dots.

I bought Arma 2 and Arma2OA for the sole purpose of playing Dayz. I love the concept, and when I was able to play, it was amazing. Last time I played was in v1.6.7 or something like that. I recently tried to play and I updated to 1.7.2 and then I could not join any servers at all. I either got a connecting failure, or it would get me to generating a new character and then boot me off, or it freezes when it's loading. I really wanted to play, so I spoke with someone about it, and they said they were still running off 1.7.1.5. So I backed up my Addon folder, downloaded 1.7.1.5 from a uk server, and then put those in my addon folder under the Dayz mod. When I tried to play, though, I was unable to connect to any server at all. Then 1.7.2.3 was released, so I updated to that, and still I cannot connect. Some possibly significant occurances: -When I was trying to join a server to try and get it working, I got to the lobby, clicked Ok, and then it started generating my character, and then it kicked me out and said I had been banned. -I get an error message when I start up Arma 2 "No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgWeapons.M4A1_Aim_camo'." -And then when I start it up, "Addon 'CACharacters2' requires addon 'CAWeapons_M1014' -I've uninstalled and reinstalled Arma2 and Arma2OA twice. -I've used SixLauncher, SixUpdater, Dayz Updater versions 1.61 AND 1.3 to do my updating, as well as manually downloaded each piece and overwritten them that way. If someone could walk me through what I need to get this working, I'd much appreciate it.
