when I start out i usually go for barns/farms. You can usually find a few weapons and supplies.

Yeah, I see a lot of people with AK-Kobra's. I've found a few before, It's usually my first gun on each life because of how common it is and how easily obtainable they are.

It's just fair to everyone that you spawn on the coastline because most of the good stuff is found further inland from what I can tell.

I find a few on the edges of the map near the north west airfield

By camo suit do you mean ghillie suits? They can be found is Residential/Civilian areas like Castles or restaurants as well as Helicopter Crash Sites.

Yeah, back when it was a bit older, people new to the game didn't know how to survive and where to go. But now people are becoming more known to where to go and what to do in order to stay alive.

Have you got the latest beta patch/update? I remember that it said for me that i had 1.61 and after I updated the beta it was white.

[STUCK ON LOADING]

It takes awhile to load up sometimes. I have to give it a good 5 minutes or so before it puts me into the game. Just have some patience and try waiting it out and see what happens.

It shows a lot of vehicles and other useful things too, I used it to find a lot of things when I didn't know my way around.

[I need some clarification; Beta Patch and Six Updater.]

I had the same problem, I fixed it by setting the launch option. If you don't know how to do that you right click Arma II: Operation Arrowhead and go to properties then click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..." and type this in:

-beta=Expansion\beta;ca;Expansion\beta\Expansion -mod=@DayZ -nosplash

If that doesn't work i'm not sure what your problem is because I had the same error and it went away after doing this.

EDIT: If its because the beta is out of date or something try going to http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/ and downloading the latest patch.

[Incorrect version of DAYZ_CODE?]

Yeah, i'm getting the same thing, I go to join servers full of people, then it loads up and I get put into the game and then the screen goes black and tells me that I have the wrong DAYZ_CODE.
