What I did is after you have got the beta patch needed to play DayZ, go into your game directory and find the beta patch, mines here .Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\beta. and launch the game via that.

Q. Servers are down, Do you know when they will be up again? Just wondering if you know or maybe its something not to do with you I'm not sure.

Everyones getting the maintenance error dont worry, I highly doubt you would get banned for that too, seriously unlikely.

Prefer the more serious type I guess, and a MIC is a Must. I'm 18, so anyone 18+ ( or mature people just under ) older would be awesome. I would say I'm good at Dayz, when I've died I can get back most of my stuff ( average Alice pack, assault rifle, pistol, medical stuffs and food ect...) pretty quick, few hours. So ya I know my way around and alot of hot spots. I dont mind being a survivor or bandit, I am mainly just a plain nice guy to people.. well try to.. after they shoot me in the face. Soo... I've come not to really trust anyone :( Im from the UK but 'most' other places are fiine. UK, Germany, America and all that, as long as you can speak English Baught the game from Steam. Hi, I'm 18 from England and have mic, and have been trying to find a partner/partners for quite a while now, and ye Im pretty pro at dayz, When I've died I can get back most of my decent stuff 'alice pack' assault rifle medical stuff ect withing a couple of hours. Pm me if you like :)

Atm my pc headset which has 2 jack cables (I think their called that) that go into my 2 front ports on my pc, and my speakers which go in the back. When my headset is plugged in it plays all the audio in them, and nothing out the speakers, I've done a few basic things and googled a lot and have not really got anywhere. I've gone into sound devices and changed defaults around and all that and nothing. If anyone knows any clear steps that could help me out that would be awesome. ty
