I have a good internet connection and can play various games online with ping under 80 ping including League of legends, Tf2 and so on. For some reason dayz is giving me extremely high ping issues, when I first join a lobby im at anywhere from 30-80 ping and then within roughly 1-2 minutes my ping spikes to the several thousands 3000-12000 ping. I'm unsure why this is happening I have tryed several dozen servers over the course of a week and still am having this issue, on both of my laptops, and desktop. If anyone is having the same issue or has any creative ideas please post below to help me out, thanks.

This happens so many times its frustrating, since the people who ahev ever given me anything always are cheating anymore. You USED to TRADE with others, now it's a joke only reason you get good gear such as that m4 is because the person has no need for it sicne they can easily acquire another. The few silenced m4's I've found legit I have held onto for as long as possible not just give it away lol.

Honestly the only truly safe place for a heli is ontop of a building no one can get to it. Meaning the hotel and a few other buildings that have flat roofs, TBH I once saw one on top of a supermarket. it might be open in sigt but still unreachable by most. BTW sorry you wasted so much time on a heli that will reset as of tomorrow or so.

Pro tip number one DO NOT got to Cherno or Elektro to snipe lol, commonly other snipers located there. More importatnly most people you kill will not be of any worth to you. The best areas to search for other players to PVP with are Stary or The NE/NW airfields. If you want some good action go ona 30-40 person server anymore and it's rather hectic. If you REALLY want a challenge though search server to server until you find a clan or multiple clans and hunt um down. Clans are fun as hell to hunt down seeing as how they travel in groups and once spotted are fairly easy targets, especially if they are in a vehicle.

You sir are not a Bandit you're just another idiot who was in the right place to take advantage of newly spawned players, if anything what you did is nothing more than being another negative player in the community. Bandits kill for gear/power, not for simple amusement bandits commonly fight opposing clans instead. Theirs no fun or respect in killing someone who has no chance in fighting you fairly. So in my opnion get of this section of the forums lol.

Wow troll harder man.....part of the problem? Look dude if bandits were the worst problem like when the game was a few months ago great. But unfortunately the hacking and cheating problem cause me to die way more than bandits. Bandits have stayed at 140k sicne like 900k users. Bandits are also identifiable and for me are shoot on sight if you got a headwrap. Also those who do hunt bandits are simply bandits themselves, they just don't prey on the weak. Like myself I enoy the challenge of fighting someone jsut as well armed rather than some idiot at balota who jsut got an m4a3 by luck. Plus when hunting bandits you know the loot is good, and bandits commonly stay in groups which make them all that easier to find.

Let me guess on the other side of the gully that cuts in land all the way NE super secret spot bro....Found a heli stashed up there once the shit people hide up their is crazy, usually due to people ditching their vehicle for the PBX.

The best locations imo are the islands of otmel veyr rarely people even go on those, unlike skallisty, I have also seen a lot of tents near lakes in tlal grass or partially/fully in the water as someone stated above.

LOL..... trust me you found nothing....what you foudn was simply the idiots who are running into cherno and stroing their gear in a tent for a short period, and you seem to get lucky and arrive whilst they are away. If you get an atv or anything skirt the outline of the map and you'll find ATLEAST one vehicle I guarantee that, as well as the tent situation most people never put all their eggs in one basket sort of deal. Most people camp along the edge of the mpa up north, or more commonly past Kamenka where the map ends.

I have your solution first REPAIR the engine secondly avoid any and all towns and riving on the coast, lastly never drive in a caravan and driving at night is even worse. Also learn to drive because if your vehicle is fully repaired it's impossible to wreck it unless YOU ARE A BAD DRIVER and hit osemthign going atleast 50kmh lol. Sorry but it's not that hard, if you get shot at it's a diff story. Also repair the glass it HELPS more than most would think from bullets.

I happen to have an aks 74-kobra and a hero skin I've had for a few days. I was at Rog Por castle and I literally had an armed survivor run to me for aid.... He was bleeding and had no bandage so what did I do? I bandaged him and gave him a blood transfusion, since I respected him not just trying to kill me for my coyote bag and what not. I believe that like myself if you give them a chance they will treat you well. I say this mainly because a hero is typically more experienced and has been around longer and is usually more approachable. If you see me don't be afraid I'm simply here to help you survive the apocalypse =P

Bottom line man Warz was in production BEFORE dayz even released, it also seems like a cleaner, more put together game than dayz. I love dayz to death, and if antyhing I plan on playing both games not one or the other.

Drink um like anything else, or trade them to some idiot like I did for a few medical supplies.

Take my advice and you will instantly become a better Bandit. DO NOT GET ATTACHED TO ANY GEAR EVER! If you get attached you get scared, and if you get scared you tend to stay away from other players in fear of losing gear. Bottom line getting a decent gun is no issue, and finding another player with a better gun and gear is jsut the hext step. I reccomend a Lee Enfield, thats my number one gun to find at early rebirth. Since it's almsot always a 1 shot kill...if you can aim. But seriously man play smart and don't get attached so long as you do thta you'll be fine.

Stary Sobor has a bus every so often, if not it usually has a car or a UAZ. If not check Skalka for the Ural spawn that's a rarer spawn but it's worth it. I reccomend you simply find a UAz or a van much better chances to find one.
