how would it be more difficult? the bandits wont care, and the survivors that do dislike killing people would have already justified it in their mind

perhaps pandemic legion should change their name, but only because of the bad stigma attached to "legion"

1. if you die you can get your gear back (very difficult/ sometimes impossible by yourself) 2. possibly more fun (most people have more fun playing in a group then by themselves) 3. safety that took me literally 10 seconds to think up... how is that not enough of an incentive?

the best way to create more bandits is to be a survivor and kill other survivors, or join up with them and backstab them, we need to get them to fear everyone, not just bandits

every bandits ultimate goal should be to make more people become bandits

or you become a vigilante for killing bandits, and then survivors can kill vigilante's as well without a humanity drop or we can just not do anything mentioned in this thread
