So, yay, finally got into a server where it's not bloody night, spend about 30 minutes crawling around, found a shotgun, ammo and then as soon as I reached a bigger town, I noticed some tall chimneys and realised that it would be a good spot to scout out the surrounding area. Well, suffice to say I got up that tower only to get immidiately killed by the other person that had apparently been up there for quite some time. So basicly my first interaction with anything other than avoiding zombies in this game involved me getting murdered, fun times. Now, I do not know if the "shoot first, don't ask any questions at all later" applies to DayZ, but I was wondering if there actually is any sort of chat in-game so I can actually ask if I can get up a tower without getting murdered for my one soda can. Also, how do I jump or at least jump over fences?
