You do realize that the personal opinion of the Dev lead isn't set in stone right? When an option and idea are presented to a gaming company, it is run through a series of people. If the gaming company want something, regardless what Rocket wants, it will happen. They can have two completely different opinions but the actual outcome is dependent on who is the one paying for the game. So, if enough people ask for it. It can and possibly will happen. "Uhg... idiots!".

The amount of closed minded people in this thread is jaw dropping. "NO pve would ruin the game!!!". Ok, then don't play on a pve server. Problem solved. Let the players decide how they want to play. It would not "Double the workload". All you'd have to do is add in the ability to let the servers flag for pvp or not. Its simple.... You would not be developing two separate games and having to modify each mode differently. You make the same exact game, some time down the road add in an ability to increase zombie damage or speed, run indoors...e ct. That can be pve. It doesn't double anything. Stop forcing people to play the way you want, there are over 1 million unique players and do you honestly think that wouldn't be able to find people to fight against? Stop forcing your gameplay down others throats. If there was pve, you don't have to play it. So it doesn't effect you at all. Uhg... Idiots!

I'm not against it, there is no reason other people can't enjoy the game their own way. Since it is player owned servers, pvp should be a choice. On by default, but by clicking it off zombies become a lot harder. This would encourage pve play servers and allow players who want to play that, to do so. There is absolutely no reason why both pve and pvp players can't enjoy the game.

I would like to see an official support for it. I play it, my friends won't. Not enough servers with it near us, to high of ping.. ect.

I'll buy it. Considering I bought the game for 3 of my friends and a few random strangers via Twitch.tv. I'll probably end up buying the standalone a few times also.

It hit! Over 1million peeps! Same, I joined about 320kish.

Take items out, save tent. Drop items randomly around, the floor will usually hide it, if not.. meh If they don't show up soon enough, server restart = gear gone + empty tent.

Time: 1:31 am pst Name: [AIM] Toothless Server: US 828 hosted by Rammfisch My friend saw him in a ghiulie suit and opened fire. He took multiple shots from his DMR and didn't die. Less than a minute later the entire server was teleported to the debug zone and turned into goats. http://i.imgur.com/HJEjY.jpg There was also two buses which aren't show in the screenshot. Server Admin Rammfisch, if you're reading this. Check the death log, I didn't see his name appear on those that died after he ported and killed everyone. I did see other AIM names, though.

Helicopter crashes can cause server crashes apparently. So it might not have been a wanted restart on the admins side.

When teleported, just log out. Then log into another server, if done fast enough, the hive won't update that you lost all your gear and it will be waiting for you. They teleport you. You instantly Alt+F4 so you don't get killed. Don't play their game, play yours.

Yeah, the ones that lack the ability to gain by legit means. Turn to illegitimate means to gain what they can't normally get. You spend a few hours a day trying to get something, only to have a bug ruin your game experience. Probably turns legit players into scripters/hackers. Doesn't excuse what they're doing though, they should be dealt with harshly. But that won't stop or slow down the incoming amount of hackers, the game being in alpha and full of bugs itself drives the weak willed into either quitting or cheating.

If you have proof for each ban, I ask that you share them with the community so other admins can view your proof and decide if they want to ban them also.
