True but harsh, I'm sure the Devs will realise this could be a problem if it happens again and change it - they are doing a damn good job IMO, obviously the hackers think so too................

DayZ Commander, my only gripe is it's way out of date with the ARMA patches :(

There are 2 types of server - Public Hive and Private Hive On Public Hive there is a central database, meaning you can jump between servers and your character is saved across servers. Public Hive also sees a lot of hackers on the servers. On Private Hive the database is unique to that server (the DB normally runs on the server itself) meaning that your character is only saved on that particular server. You see far less hackers on these as the server admin has more control. If you decide to play on Private Hive just find a server you like and stick to that one.

No, but still not a good idea to log off in a building or any where that is likely to have players around - you WILL be vulnerable when spawning back in.

I'm still seeing players getting banned for crashing the heli - I am running DayZ AntiHax and have changed everything to do with BIS_Effects_AirDestruction and BIS_Effects_Burn to log only in remoteexec.txt (I don't have DayZ AntiHax update this file). Am I missing something? I can't figure out why people are still getting banned?

He is saying he doesn't want to be a bandit, he only shot a guy because he was being shot at by him :/ OP: if you help people out by blood bagging, bandaging them etc, your humanity will go up, so you can cancel out any kills you have made this way.

A great server, lot's of vehicles including 3 hueys, the map is Chernarus, there are about 12-15 regulars that play, we just need some more players! Unfortunately not, it took a while to view the logs as they were so large, so I cleared them all out after. There were a LOT of entries in setpos.log for this guy, and also in remoteexec.log too (BIS_destruction stuff, again, a LOT of entries)

You don't say where you are from, but look for StormerClan.com Bliss Private Hive (it's in the UK), we have a dozen or so regulars - mostly from the UK/Europe but also one or two from the US/Canada, it's running Chernarus with extra vehicles and 3 helicopters, plenty of heli crash sites and good loot to be had (you still have to look for it though!) It's not non PvP by the rules, but I would say it's 80% friendly - there is still that chance that the person you meet won't be!! No password, but we will be applying a whitelist soon - which means if you're not on the the whitelist you can't join. Also running GotchaAntiHack. It's a great server, we just need a few more regulars :) Edit - It's GMT-7

Unforunately I have to agree, I had DayZ AntiHax and Gotcha running, even though I was sure I had changed all the BIS lines so there would be no ban DAH did still ban. I'm just sticking to Gotcha now.
