i think their backpack should be dropped.. but they shouldnt die.

so by just skimming your post, it seems as though you are saying minez is better because they have sucky weapons like swords, and discourages pvp? also you can see players more easily? maybe the people who always cry because of dying should go play minez. pvp is important in dayz and i dont think they should get rid of sniper rifles just because people can easily kill eachother with them. -.-

meh.. me and my friend popped by and looted the place pretty easily.. we just stopped on a hill and looked around the place for a bit with some binos. i think before hitting an airfield its good to find a downed heli and get a good gun.

implying a ghillie suit in CoD would give you an advantage. LAWLS

1. how many backpack slots does a primary weapon take up? or does it depend on the type of weapon? 2. how about a sidearm? 3. how do people find so much ammo for a gun found on a helicopter like an m16? because i found a m16 and i havnt gotten any new ammo for it.. ak ammo seems to be rare also.. but grenade launcher ammo is so common..

i just got murdered for the first time today actually. it was a fresh spawn at electro and i was searching the hospital and had found 2 friendly players who didnt shoot me and announced that they were also there b4 i even saw them, so i figured ok its safe to search this place. i looted the entire building and i heard gunshots but i figured it was them guys just killing some zombies. well once i had a enfield and lots of supplies, like matches and a knife, lots of food, i just wanted to get the heck out of that city. i had never had that many supplies at one time yet and i thought it could be fun because i can avoid towns now that i have hunting supplies. well.. just as i started to sprint into the tree line, i get gunned down by some random guy with a handgun. no warning or anything.. just boom boom boom out of nowhere. and thats bs.

my first murder was earlier this morning.. i was walking around gathering meat from farm animals and onward to find some matches as i had only a hatchet for a weapon. in the distance i saw a deer stand. (my first one as im kinda new) and i saw some zeds over there along with a player crouched down and i assume he was about to make his move. but the time i saw him i was fairly close so i went ahead and let him know i was near and that im friendly. i started leaving the area and i noticed he was following me. he didnt have a weapon equipped but i was wary. he got right beside me and asked me if i wanted to team up with him, i decided right now i cant afford to be splitting resources as im already in need of food and he didnt look like he could help much. i asked him not to follow and to leave as i walked away and i used my numpad to look behind me and i noticed he was crouched and following me whwile going prone every once in awhile. i decided i wont put up with this as he could have been following me waiting for me to find loot and kill me and so i turned around, chased him down, and put an axe in his face. i felt sort of bad but it was neccesary. he didnt have anything good on him anyways. i then went back to the deer stand he was originaly at and got some good food :D.
