I think it is called "Auto Rotate/Rotation", where the engine dies but you have the right pitch/collective to keep the blades spinning due to the air passing by as you are going down. -

I run the game well with a AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400+ 3.2 GHz ATI Radeon HD 4800 series graphics card 4 gigs of ram my processer is almost as old as yours. Wish i new more and could be of more help. Might want to try some Arma2 forums or Bohemia Interactive forums/tech support -

Water rain I can manage, however, STEEL rain, and LEAD rain, I don't like! (Unless of course it is me dishing it out)

If they added both styles of rounds, it would definitally be a legitament gun. (Taurus Judge)

It also fires a .44 I believe. I know we rolled around with them at the lease with every other round being a .410 or true pistol round.

I remember me and a buddy walking around at the deer lease shooting rattle snakes. He was wearing shorts and cowboy boots walking up to them and blasting them with a judge, turning around and saying "You've just been Judged!"

They do spawn, just harder to find, if u have night vision or not. With night vision they tend to blend in, in wooded areas, but at night i search fields because there easier to spot with NVG. If you don't have NVG, then you need a good moon. Otherwise it will be rather hard to find them. But they are out there at night.

Love them, I think a remington model 870 tatical home defense with ghost ring sites would be a nice addition. And in a more unrealistic world of finding, the AA12 would be awesome. I would also like to see a Super Shorty 12 gauge. In another more realistic world, just to throw it in, i think the over and under 20-12 gauge would be nice along with maybe some break action single shot, from .410-12 gauge. (Just for variety)

In the major cities it seems as if pistols, of various types, would be common. Plus, I would LOVE to see a .22cal short or long. That is a real common weapon in the states at least. I know that has been brought up before. Another common suggestion, at least here in Texas, is a compound bow. Crossbows are rare cause you cannot legally hunt game with them here unless you are handicap. But bow hunting is huge.

I'll murder for supplies, but I won't just to shoot someone unarmed freshly spawned. Or if I don't need anything, I tend to lay low and let them move on or I move away slowly. Its actually a pretty even split poll. Was kinda suprised... I figured it would be something like 50% bandit, 30% survivor, 20% hero. -
I like both guns and the idea of them in the game. I however would like to see more common rifles. Such as deer rifles with scopes, just the CZ550, which for whatever reason I barely find, seems unrealistic. Tons of people hunt out there, seems it would be more common to find. Also I would think the M4/M16/(Add a AR15) & AK47, (sry brits i forget your primary infantry weapon). Just seems the militarys would be fighting and those guns wouldn't be everywhere, but it seems where they are found, lots would be found.

Turn and stand your ground, its a game. I will at least spray and pray. If I do die, I get to start over.. no biggy. I have things to do again that are faster pace. -
I've read things about how people who farm buildings by being x number of meters away and waiting x number of time ect and that all items have to be looted and dropped in a "trash pile" x meters away and things will respawn. However my question is, if say player A was at the barracks or where ever, and takes half the gear, then moves on miles away or whatever. If I get on and raid that same location an hour later and I was a 1000m away before I get to it. Will the items despawn and reset? Or will I be stuck with player A's left overs of what wasn't looted?

Add having to head shot zombies to Kill them and it would make them a lot more interesting. I always aim for head shots, but when it gets thick its kinda hard to do so. -
