Im just into my 3rd day with HSB servers. Im no wizz kid, but do know my way around servers. Ive run several arma 2 servers in past and still running 2 of them at the moment. Also Im running 2 dayz.st servers as of now. So now with HSB, I thought I should be able to cope with it. Now time to play with the system, instead of being limited like in dayz.st servers. But nope Ive had problems from the start. Took just over 2hrs to setup the server { the host states upto 24hrs] Still not got my map tools & hive tools { the host states upto 24hrs/48hrs] - Ive past that. When I done a fresh install of Dayz Private, it would hang on the loading screen and not move on. Took 24hrs response from email, to sort it out. When it runs, it runs with next to no faults. Now that I want to add a few scripts in Dayz, more problems have appeared. Everytime I tweak the mission.pbo, the server fails with lost connection to host. The mission starts to download in the lobby screen, then a message pops up lost connection to host. I emailed them about the problem, took just short of 24hrs to reply. There reply they dont offer help to modded servers.

Ive moved my servers to HFB Servers lastnight, so far no probs and cheaper. My dayz.st will not be getting renewed at end of this month.

After this month Im pulling my 2 servers from DayZ.st, sick & tired of the downtime with them. In past Ive tried dayzpriv, service is very good but the pings on the servers based in UK where so bad.

Im only seeing $25 per month and 3 day trial

Any input to when the servers are getting updated. As my 2 servers have sat empty since the new patch came out.

Do you have any times, when the UK servers will be updated to the latest version.

I tried dayzpriv and terminated the service on the 3rd day of the trial. The pings our players were getting on the server was shocking. Usually I get 44ms on dayz.st servers, with dayzpriv I was over 100ms.

anyone else having problems with their ' starting loadout ' it doesnt matter what I put in their, I get a completely different loadout.

So what about all the others, that suffered downtime of the DDos attack ? Dont we get a refund. You say its 100% dayz commander problem, so how does it fix the problem when I moved my database location.

On my second server from them. To be honest they are not the best out there, but they do provide an average service. My first server I had with them, which was a few months ago, spent more time off line than on with constant DDos attacks. I think it was 3 in the first week alone. Now with the second server, so far lost 24hrs with its first DDos attack The server decided to show grey in DayZ commander for no reason. Support was completely useless on fixing it. I managed to fix it by moving my server onto a different location, which in turn gave it a new ip address. Support kept blaming dayz commander, when its actually dayz,st database was at fault. Email support, needs an overhaul. On average I get my emails answered in 3 days, the best Ive had has been 2 days. Would I renew my contract with them. I really dont know, Im sitting on the fence on this one.

Well mine is still down, cant even log into the control panel. The page just times out :( ###Update can now log into my control panel and start the server with default files. but still can not upload my custom files, it just times out.
