Had a guy do this to me at Rog on DE45 - 3 of us were minding our own business looking around the tower, then my buddy shouts he can see someone right in front of him. (my friend had a makarov) We ask friendly over the mic... he blows my mate away with a high powered rifle. Myself and another friend moved to he tower to catch him of guard, which inevitably we did. Shot him too the chest with a Lee Enfield - whilst hes falling he dc'd. Really poor move as he could see the friend of mine he'd just killed hadnt done the same. We waited there for around half an hour and I guess 2 of his own buddies came gunning for us. Killed the same friend that was killed earlier again - no questions asked but we got one of them. Its kind of crappy that this is were the game is right now, I mean fair enough be a bandit. But if it back fires on you so be it.

Dont install the newest beta patch. It takes Arma to a newer version than Dayz is currently running 1.61 I think the patch you need is 94700

Worked fine for me last night. I did it how Andrej Dudev said to do it and it worked fine. Make sure you copy the beta exe from the expansions folder to the main folder, then patch it, Thats were i got stuck for awhile.

Seems to be fixing the same issues Posted Yesterday, 09:42 PM Here you are fellow survivors: to revert, if the uninstaller don't works, download the 94700 patch ftp://downloads.bistudio.com/arma2.com/update/beta/ARMA2_OA_Build_94700.zip , download the original 1.60 Operation Arrowhead .exe (http://www.mediafire...1boywk1ckx9f554 ) (you can extract it with winrar/7zip) and: 1. go to arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion folder and delete the "beta" folder 2. return to the main arma 2 operation arrowhead folder and rename/delete arma2oa.exe 3. extract the .exe from the archive (arma2oa160.7z) inside the main arma 2 operation arrowhead folder 4. install beta patch 94700 (don't forget to copy arma2oa.exe from the beta folder inside the main folder, paste and overwrite). 5. ??? 6. profit Edited by Andrej Dudev, Yesterday, 09:48 PM.

Tried that, still cant connect to any servers. I normally use the arma II launcher. But when it stopped working I decided to use the six launcher. Made no difference unfortunately.

Also getting this. However, I cannot install beta patches anymore, tells me I have the wrong cd key then tells me i have a newer version of arma: oa 1.61 instead of 1.60 Any help would be great.
