The GOOD: 1. The fact that he is so openly showing the gameplay means he's sincere about releasing the Alpha with all the gameplay bugs/missing features. The BAD: 2. There is really no ETA attached to fixing performance, could be days, weeks, months, nobody knows.

Russian testers have said the the game is already more fun than the mod, event in it's current state. So don't play games trying to lower our expectations. It's gonna be awesome!

I believe building/interiors is something that can be improved by modders, also SA items have been trickling into Arma 3 as well.

A reasonable man would admit their mistake when faced with facts. Almost two million people purchased Arma 2 to play the Mod. How do you reconcile it with your position that the SA will sell less then Prison Architect?

One thing for sure with the holiday season approaching the window for 2013 release is closing rapidly. Going into 2014 regardless of lack of any official release dates will be psychologically difficult for Rocket and damaging to both his team and BiS as a whole.

So yesterday we witnessed something that may have been an automated stability test, and today is the usual day for the weekly MP test. Could it be the "dress rehearsal" we've been waiting for?

Alpher to be released right after the network architecture is completed has been Rocket's goal since at least April. And while there has not been any official "release dates", I think a few time Rocket came very close to believing that it's almost done and the Release was right around the corner only to be dragged into another development cycle. So what people are afraid of is that what we are witnessing is not just "the final lap" + some stability testing but another - oh, shit, we have to rewrite half the engine to make it work, welcome to Q2 2014!
