Guaranteed there's a hacker in every high pop server. My last 1.5 hours went like this: Log onto server with just 20 people - Fresh spawn. Pick up an enfield in elektro and start looking for more stuff. Heard some firing so laid down to figure out where they came from. Bandit spotted, shot 'em with an enfield. Run to his body, MK48. Pick it up, he teleports to me and uses a kill command on me. Switch servers. New server, 15 people - Fresh spawn at quarry. Run up north a little and see an ATV. Picked up a jerry can, wheel, and engine part for it (I was really lucky here.. should've known the "luck" would've rolled the other way soon). I drove around and came across helicopter crash with 2 FALs and a SAW. Once I started to drive away, hacker teleported to me repeatedly trying to kill me. His aim was fucking hilariously bad, but since he had unlimited ammo he eventually won. Took my ATV and left me to die (unconsciousness is so much fun...) tl;dr? - If you want to have any sort of remote fun with this mod, you can't play with more then 10 people on the server. Otherwise, hackers waste your time.

Gotta gree with Angel. All of the privates I've come across, the admins either hacked themselves, or were flamboyant assholes (Restarting server 'cause of lost vehicles, shutting down server since they were going to bed.. etc)

My point was those with all the vehicles (Vehicles = money) shouldn't have all the vehicles, so I blow them up so they'll respawn and the rest of the server (United States) can have some of them. In other words, redistribution of wealth in a video game :P

insolentfool - Staying true to your name. "Destroyed vehicles will respawn in the same location with the same gear on server restart on any server vehicles are working normally", as of 1.7.2.6 that is no longer true.

I blow them up. I hate seeing one guy with all the vehicles. I know it's a very obama-like mentality, but that mentality at least works in video games.

And it's actually pretty buggy. Was banned from a server cause I repeatedly saved a helicopter (gutman tendencies, whoops!)

Now the last ~1 hour 40 minutes: Ran to cherno after being killed while unarmed. Some full-geared guy tried (and failed) to kill me again while I was unarmed. I ran, found a gun, ran back, and killed him. Then his friend the hacker came along with his godmode and survived the 30 rounds of AK I put into him. Of course he killed me. Fun! I figured I'd run back just in the hopes that the one I killed still had his gear on him. I was almost back, and a hacker teleported all vehicles, zombies, and players to one location. Then he turned on player shield and killed us all. I'm starting to understand why so many people hack. This game is impossible to play unless you play on low-pop servers where you will never see anyone else. Then where's the fun & risk?

Oh, now my last hour? Add on "Run to elektro, shot & killed while unarmed"

It's called a vehicle magnet script. Pulls all the vehicles to the hacker's location, including boats.

I'm guessing he means "we" as him and the person who helps him.

If there is an hourglass and it's slowly draining, that's normal. If you've fallen and can't get up, call life line. IE: Someone to shoot you because you're bugged and will never get back up.

I'd much rather people know that the vehicle is there, and have protection over it then risk people finding my car without me near it. My automatics > your pistols (the typical weaponry of those in towns) But, great idea and realistic as well, thus staving off the elitists

That's a script called a player shield. It kills anyone within a certain range. That's why you guys didn't hear the shots, he simply teleported to you and the shield killed your two buddies. You got lucky that it didn't kill you when he was running to you. Kid must be a script kiddy if he doesn't know how to change the range of it.

Omfg people who click on the item then click on the arrows annoy the shit out of me. YOU CAN DOUBLE CLICK ON THE ITEM AND IT HAS THE SAME EFFECT

Pretty sure it's hacked in. I've never seen nor heard of anyone getting one, except through hacking. It doesn't do anything anyway.

To bad the revolver sucks now. It was my favorite pistol when it 1 shot (and it should). Now it's next to useless. Hell the makarov is quieter and more common, I'd prefer that.

On hack sites, you can buy 9 CD keys for $20. Don't be surprised when your character suddenly isn't your own.

I've also noticed my sound being almost non-existent if I had gotten up from being unconscious.

Having hacked weapons is not a bannable offense. Please post (in english) what your main language is so that we can communicate back.
