It saves the vehicle until next server restart, it doesn't save the position but the gear. I'd put some junk in there first, save it wait till the server restarts then put your gear in it. And yes your stuff saves through servers

Depends on the gun and gear. AS50 can see 300m, which is far. I bet it is legit, not that many low pop servers have hackers.

Good luck, be sure to include choppers, car spawns, I'm having trouble finding a guide for vehicle spawns.
