I get that problem when i started playiing dayz. I found 2 wayz: 1)If you are using steam version and buy just arma 2 oa you have to install arma 2 free, then copy all expansion and map files from it to your arma 2 oa. 2)Install non-steam version of game ( for example Akella) and it will work fine.

If you or your friends will not use this car for 7 dayz it will respawn somewhere on the map.
