I've had that happen to me in a tractor, respawned and the vehicle was still there. It'll stay there until the server resets or someone takes it. -

Keyword is Heli. Heli's are disabled, which means it was hacked. Good job killing a hacker though, they deserve nothing less.

Lol you cheated because you thought you got ripped off of your easy to get items. Swimming makes you lose items, not a glitch, that's what it does.
