    There's something called "Solitude." It's a mod of DayZ where tiny things are tweaked, and isn't controlled by the devs of DayZ. I suppose you could always use that.

    Considering every one of my 6 friends have it.. All of us updated using SixLauncher about an hour and a half ago.. Don't think it's our fault.

    I know plenty of people who abort and rejoin, add that as an option. As for my self, I just get annoyed. Especially when I'm not making any noise whatsoever.
