Last night I was playing with a friend and finally had a bit of luck with loot. I found a hatchet in a barn, and some gear in a deer stand, and went into a building to get some more gear. I killed the 2 zombies in the building quite easily with the hatchet. Then 2 more (with the same character model) spawned right there. I killed them as well, and 2 more popped up. By this time there was a large pile of bodies on the floor and the loot didn't look that good so I ran away. What is the zombie respawn suppose to be, and has anyone else seen this happen? Thanks

Don't feel too bad, I lost both an M16 and a crossbow last night due to not being able to figure out the inventory. Luckily I didn't have ammo for either. Now if only I could find an AK...

So I've managed to put about 2 hours in to this game, as well as a couple hours reading the wiki/forums. I still have some questions. My first question is about controls. I was completely unable to use my flashlight. It appeared to already be on my toolbelt, but right clicking on it did not do anything, and I could not drag it anywhere in the inventory. Pressing L, or F did not work either (as I had seen suggested here). Is this a bug or am I messing something up? Second, more general question: In my random wanderings last night I was only able to find one building with an open door, but it had a zombie standing in the door frame. Since I had no weapons I had to move on, and I couldn't find any gear. I found 2 tents, but they were empty. How am I suppose to loot buildings without a way to get past one zombie? Thanks!

That's a good idea! Although I have literally not found a single thing I can pick up yet. As for the flashlight, I tried right-clicking on it and did not get any options. Must have been buggy. Thanks for the help guys

I have the same issue. I will try turning off my AV next time I get a chance.
