Try the basics reinstall the mod, reinstall battle eye, if nothing else works then try a arma reinstall

It's good in theory but what it would have to be kick only, a ban would be too severe , seeing as i could for example kill a hacker or find a hacked gun on a diff server hop to yours and get banned.

Sounds good apart from 8.) Hack detection - Automatically kick/ban people for using known hacks or having weapons that are not in the game. "said player kills hacker and gets a hacked Gun, that player be him new or old might not realise that the gun is hacked in and therefor gets banned?"
