lol... i just wanna play some survival zombie with my friends.. in order to promote this awesome mod. And i bet there are more in situations like me... -
I have done this for 2 days and i'm still stuck. I have downloaded an pirate copy of Arma 2 and Arma OA ( without steam or anything ). However, there is no guide for a non-steam instalation so I decided to instal it anyway... just following the steps with Six Updater etc. So i have Installed Arma 2...then play it until menu Arma AO then play it till the menu Downloaded Six Launcher/Updater Update DayZ, then try to play What have i done wrong?... I'm getting all kind of errors like "addon "dayz_anim" requires addon "CA_PMC" In the menu another... with bin/config/vehicle or something like that. I tired to ignore them all and join a server.. for a second i have saw the latency and some name of the players but then "You were kicked from the server". And can someone explain what is the "-mod=@dayz" thing and where i must put that... really there is no good guide anywhere here. Im also confused... I must have steam in order to play? or the original game...
