So first my squad gets owned by a hacker...........I join another game on respawn and then I see another hacker straight away. But this one is so dumb he gives me a gun when he doesnt have one himself, all hackers are scum and its his own fault for being stupid http://youtu.be/LsDvanwewGo Before anyone says my shooting at the hacker in the woods was bad, I had been running for ages and my screen was shaking all over the place and he was like 400ms away so I shot only to scare him into retreating.

Yeah it was quite funny, next time he gives someone guns he should think about making himself invincible first. He was immune to headshots, and took 3 AS50 rounds to the chest so he had extra health anyway

What are you talking about? Alt f4 isnt in the code, its part of windows, nothing to do with the game and is a straight out cheat and expliot which decent players shouldnt have to put up with. Its not a playstyle, its cheating, its up there with hackers.

We are the Regulators, our mission to help any players we come across and eliminate any bandits and player killers that kill unarmed new spawns etc: The beginning is our journey to elektro, so we were messing around a bit. That post confused me as well, this was far from one of our best videos. Also to note, we didnt fire 5 shots from the sniper rifle, we fired 1, the other shots were from a L8 thermal rifle my other teamate was carrying which has a range of 300m and we were like 600m away, obviously you need to learn what each gunshot sounds like. I have nothing to say to that guy except watch the rest of our videos before you mock us. Are you serious? What makes you think we somehow found 4 thermal rifles, dmrs and as50s in elektro? Ive seen a hacker every day this week 1st encounter, a guy asks for help. I check all aroudn with my thernal scope and even the tower next to the building im on I look away for 3 seconds and get shot from the tower, my teamates tell me that someone is up there now. I come back to find all our high tech gear there and see the 3 hackers teleporting after another survivor in the field. They realise im back and try to kill me but damm they are bad shots. Then one appears next to me and I alt f4 out, im not facing those cowards as they teleport as soon as I shoot at them 2nd encounter The same hackers follow us to another server. We again have our thermal scopes and no one is around, suddenly from close range we all get shot. Again im the first back on the scene after new spawn and see a guy with a gilli suit standing over our bodies. Get this.......he is now 500metres away and he suddenly turns and opens up on me and kills me, theres no way he could have known I was there when he was looking the other way and I was in cover behind a bush observing him. There was no one else around and he hit me with the first shot. 3rd encounter Me and two teamates are waiting for 2 others to meet us when one of us gets shot, we fall back into the trees as we dont see the shooter. Next moment shots ring out from close by so we spilt up to lose the shooter. My other teamate is killed and im alone in the woods. Theres no one around when suddenly I hear shooting at me and they are REAL bad at it as well...... I run, unable to see the guy even with thermal, Im weaving like mad when the shots 'jump' One second they are far away and then they are right on top of me, this continues for about 30 seconds where I spin around. Again I do a thermal sweep with my scope and no one is there and its an open field yet the shooting cant be more than 10 metres away. I see bullets hitting all around me so I alt f4 out (which Ive never done until these hackers) Next thing I know, the two teamates we were meeting up with tell me the rest of the server is rapidly being killed off and that elektro no longer exists, only rubble and smoke cover the area now as a series of 'magical' explosions take out the city 4th encounter We hear strange whispering over the mike, we put it down to a player trying to troll us, few minutes later we hear the most devestating explosion that leaves us all with ringing ears, it actually sounded like a nuke, ive never heard anything like it even when a player crashed a chopper or when buildings are blown up...........we quit the game instantly, not taking our chances this time

So does this mean you want to change the name to Day PvP then?

Oh look, everyone stop hating. Its not going to get you anywhere, this isnt one of our better missions I just post our videos now and again. If you really think we are that bad, take a look at some of the other videos we have done, otherwise just let it go. So what if we mess around? We dont always have to play seriously, if we die and lose our gear we dont care, we can get decent weapons in an hour at the most. For the record we have killed more bandits than losses we have suffered, far more. Obviously I dont count us dying to hackers and server hoppers legit kills on us. To the guy who thinks our thermal wont help us. There are only two ways to hide from thermal: 1. Your using the invisibilty hack, ive seen it used and you dont show on thermal but the muzzle flash still appears 2. You are in cover. The thermal has a sight range of nearby 2000m on a clear weather game, much further than the effective range of any rifle (the most is roughly 1200m) If you really think you have a legit way of gettng past us with thermal, im all ears........otherwise stop bothering to post as its not getting you anywhere We are not here to earn respect, why should we run into town guns blazing and take the guys out when we can do it from afar? All thats going to do is attract attention from an other snipers. We usually do engage people in town, but we were on the hill observing so why give away our position and charge in? If we had done that you would only have complained saying we were easy sniper targets And the high moral ground? So if the guy has a hachet and starts murdering unarmed players you expect us to drop our guns and draw our hachets? No, life isnt fair, war is much less fair. The person who wins is the one with the advantage, we had the advantage so we took the chance. What do you expect us to do? Go down and say 'Oh please mr bandit stop killing everyone, we wont shoot at you' Do you think any other sniper is going to do the same to us? No one fights fair. Actually we were no where near elektro in the first few parts, there was no one else on the server with us when we were shooting zombies so how do you plan on 'lighting us up' without cheating. When we are not playing seriously, we dont hit populated servers when we dont feel like playing seriously, with no one else on the server what is your plan to kill us exactly? If you plan on lightning us up just tell me how you plan to hide from us? We all have thermal scoped weapons.........seriously you are being unbelievebly arrogant if you think you can get away with taking out 4 guys who will see you first gurranteed, we had 2 guys scanning all around at all times so unless you 'magically' come over a hill, aim right at us by sheer luck and kill us all while under the cover of trees before we see you on one of our sweeps (which takes around 10 seconds to cover all around us) then you dont have much chance. No we dont fail that much, we have killed more bandits etc since we started doing this than losses we have suffered. We have only lost a fight twice, and both times it was due to hackers killing us. Stop being arrogant and stop thinking you are a 'god', its people like you that underestimate us And you think we are a rag tag group of retards? We have over 100 members in our clan, my videos are just one of many groups, do your research before making insults

Ok I dont know who it was, but one second 1 of us gets shot, no gunshot, then bambambambam goes and AUTO 50 calibre sniper rifle and a guy teleports to us. Kills my other team mate and I run for it, alt f4 doesnt work, the guy misses multiple times and I quit. But before i quit I hear this......(all shots at me) distant gunshot distant gunshot distant gunshot distant gunshot CLOSE gunshot VERY CLOSE GUNSHOT and theres no one there and I have thermal so i quit And now my team rejoined to get their gear and elektro is being levelled, all buildings are being destroyed DO NOT GO TO SERVER FR45

Ok so I was taking out zeds to help some new spawns get a good start, when this idiot turns up. I take out the zeds and he tries to kill me, what was he thinking? Death messages were off in this game so I couldnt see your username Ignore the kill counter, its bugged for me and resets to zero everytime I spawn in a game

Yeah usually you can, but for some reason since the last update I havent been able to do this. Found a guy in a church yesterday, assumed dead as I could not bring up any options on him except to search his pack (not even gear) Then he gets up a moment later bleeding, he was laying in the death / knock out stance as well. Now I take no chances, besides I have like 10 more mags in my pack so ammo isnt a problem

Ha no, ive seen people get up before after being unconcious even though I hear flies. Wasnt going to take the chance. Remember rule number 4: Double tap

Yeah he probably thought that Thanks, this weapon has only just been put back in game and I was lucky enough to find one at a heli crash site. Thermal is the ultimate spotter gear

Also a note, the hero skins gives you a nice looking kevlar flak jacket too, doesnt have any effect but looks cool

The hero skin gives you a camo scarf around the neck, a white coat and some bad ass looking kevlar flak jacket with packs (its not the standard body warmer, its kevlar body armour)

You need to manually update from this site or use dayzcommander and tell it to update it

This isnt true. I have a hero skin and killed a man today as he would not respond to our calls of friendly both in mike and text, im now on -1200 and i still have the hero skin

Well just take a look at our videos on youtube, my clan/ group have been helping people and killing those that spawn and player kill for the fun of it. We give them to chance to surrender, in my video that we are uploading tonight a guy shot one of our 6 man squad thinking he was alone. We then besieged the 2 of them as they were on top of a fire station. 5 of us gave them multiple chances to surrender, in which case we would take their gear and send them on their way. (we do have a few lone wolf snipers with us, but most of our people have become groups of 4+ so 1-2 bandits isnt a problem) They refused, so we hit them from all sides, they didnt stand a chance. Point is, tactics and numbers. Against another group of equal numbers and firepower ect it would be an interesting fight. But the majority dont go around in groups of 6 well armed people. We can take 80% of bandits with little casulties and most of the time we suffer none. If someone goes down with broken bones for example we open up with 2-3 guys with aks to keep the enemy's heads down until our guy gets to cover. Point is, we havent lost a battle against bandits yet, in the last 2 weeks we have grown from about 5 up to 50 members all out enforcing a non kill on sight system where we camp, hunt, or stalk people and watch them. Numourous times we see people calling friendly and getting fired upon, and we step in and kill the person who started it, so far everyone we save has been grateful and in fact many of them have joined us Whatever we are doing.......its slowly working

You may want to check out our videos on youtube: http://www.youtube.c...r0?feature=mhee Or our forums: http://regulators.freeforums.org What we do is have a few rules: Never harm innocents Never kill for personal gain or pleasure Protect any friendlys and other regulators if possible, and always issue a warning if another player tries to kill you or your group or issue a warning that we are friendly upon encountering other players WE usually operate in cells, in units of 3-8 well armed guys. If you are interested, simply go to our forums, read some of our stories and what we stand for and if you sign up, leave us a forum message on our write stating what area your from (Europe for example) and a little bit about yourself We offer other services such as medical aid, security for trade transactions etc etc but those kind of missions are for indervidual players or small groups that wish to do this yourself. We dont ask you to change your play style, we simply ask you to defend those in need and take down the kind of players that just kill for pleasure (especially if they kill new spawned unarmed players)
