I tried downgradding my commander to the update on the 12th febuary and it says it downgraded it but it still shows that message and then crashes EDIT: I have managed to get it to work, but only because I had an old installer for dayz commander on my PC Using that old version and then updating makes it work fine :)

Good to know its not just me, thing is restoring to older version and uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt change anything. :(

Well there was the noob bandit with a M9, unloaded 5 mags into me before i told him: Im a hero skin, sidearms do nothing to my body after which I killed him with a headshot. His last words were: "What is a hero skin?" But I did once also eject from the first helicopter I ever found. I find it, fly for a bit, get hit with a load of dmr rounds. Engine goes red. I plumet to the ground. Eject at about 50ft and slam into the floor, broken and unconcious and can see the heli wreck next to me. Im in a gilli and bleeding to death, 2 guys turn up and look around for about 5mins and dont see me. I wake up after they have gone, and bandage up. A bit later im killed by a zombie in one hit, shows how much blood i had left from the heli crash

My trait: I crash every verchile i obtain, so far my record is 4 destroyed verchiles in one play session which were: 1 UAZ, 1 ATV, 1 offroad piclup and a bicycle

Ive just updated to the latest update for arma and kept getting kicked for battleeye client not responding. This is EVERY server, not just one. When i reached a game lobby it said battleeye V.1.82 which i know is old, so i reverted back to the last arma update (thinking it was that) and manually updated batteye from the main site. But still have the problem, it doesnt even seem to check my GUID or even try to initialise battleye, i get about 10-15 seconds before getting kicked. By trying to unistall battleye when i join a game i just get 'battleye iniation failed' and get kicked to force it to update Point im getting across is that its not connecting to battleye or even trying to Help?

Lol i think ive fixed it, seems to be letting me into servers now. For some reason when i opened steam for the first time in months it decided to delete the beta patch. Seems ok now ive reinstalled it

Thanks for replying but ive tried that It doesnt seem to be anything to do with updating correctly, its not even attemping to connect to battleye or update

I would have told him to get the fuck on the ground and drop your weapons, we are friendly but due to current circumstances of the recent battle we cant trust you. Once we have looted, wait until we leave and you may take the leftovers, if at any point he refuses i would assume hes with the guys you just shot

My story begins when my regular private hive is shut down I spawn in elektro and head into town to meet a hero and a survivor, we talk for a minute and they ask me if i like frankie and while im talking back they shoot me unconcious. Somehow the zombies do not see me and the guys run for it thinking im dead. I get up and follow them to see them regrouping at a barn all now in glitched hero skins with flares and chemlights blazing away, I grab a hachet and follow them for 5mins through the woods as they are clear as day with their chemlights When they stop i see a chance and only having a hachet i charge in, but after 20 shots with their crossbow, ak and winchester I finnally go down as the only smart thing they do is split up and runs around screaming like headless chickens While gearing up i see them die a few times to zombies.....how bad must they be to have to trick people to kill them and die to zombies I grab an ak in cherno and challenge them, meet me in cherno in 30mins for a real fight They didnt show................. Typical bambi killers

Why is this even allowed? So basically anyone can host a server and be a 'hacker' without getting banned by using the admin tools.

If you choose to believe them when they tell you this, you are very naive http://dayzmod.com/f...ort-themselves/ We used to have a private server and all we could do was kick/ban/ restart etc. There was NOTHING to allow him to teleport If it were legal in game to teleport EVERY private hive would be run by armies of 12 year olds causing havoc

Admins cant teleport or spawn in items unless they are hackers

As for giving people guns, make sure you have your gun on them at all times tell them to pick it up and run, or wait until your gone. Its kinda simple really

I kill every bandit skin on sight, other people get a chance. If you have a bandit skin, most likely you have it because your a bandit. Ive had the bandit skin a couple of times, but mostly when a new map came out and survivor skins shoot you and shooting back means you become a bandit Lose the skin, and some people will give you a chance

Funny you should say about them not being a threat, sadly last night i was at balota again as I heard that 2 bandits were spawn killing and a survivor opens fire on me and I had to kill him ( i was on the tower and he was laying down. otherwise id shot out his legs and left him to the zombies to save my humanity) So lost my hero skin, but proved to him that i was far from being no threat and i was accussed of being a hacker and fake hero skin for killing him, does he expect me to sit there and get killed?.......If you want to see it my latest video is going to be up in the next 24hours

Well funny thing, last night i finnally got my hero skin on a private hive and decided to head into the cities and flaunt my new skin only to be met with death each time or at least shot at the first 2-3 people ran away then came back and shot at me guy number 4 shot me after i found him bleeding with broken legs, i offered him help and he just turned and shot me with an AK (being dayz+, the harder hitting zombies killed him before my screen blacked out) Next I spawn at balota to be met with instant gunfire on spawn, spam and spam and spam of AK fire misses most shots and i escape with about 1000 blood i imagine. Pass out all the way to cherno to get picked up by a bandit who gives me a ride and guns from his truck, the last part i recorded. So weirdly all survivor skins tried to shoot me and the 1 bandit I came across actually helped me. I suspect something is wrong with this mod AND THANKS FOR THE BEANS! Hey theblackjim :)

Pretty sure firing at everything you see as a bandit is more pussy then trying to approach someone and talk/ help them. Shooting first because your worried about losing your gear ect if you dont, helping them out requires more guts then shooting on sight

Heres a better tip, watch some of my videos, you can be a friendly player you just have to use your head, and be prepared to shoot when someone is acting suspicious Watch some of these and use some of the tips in them to get on with other people: Bear in mind I only play on dayz+ as the zombies are a real threat and sometimes other players will need help, but these kind of thiings can help on any dayz game mode or map

Errrrmm....what? Can someone explain this? Seeing as you posted this before watching the video its very confusing or maybe im just stupid :)

I kill bandit skins on sight, no exception unless they are trying to lose the bandit skin (seen 1 or 2 healing people to lose the bandit skin, they can live if they are trying to redeem themselves) Survivor skins I view with caution but help them if they are in a tight spot Gilli or camo, I watch and see if they are a bandit but wont kill them unless they are obviously camping for kills or kill someone else for no reason Heroes I usually approach freely if alone and try and see if they want any help and ive only met 1 hostile hero and about 5-6 that accepted my help
