Our server would be password protected, however the password would be published for all registered members of our community. If the members decide to share this information with their friends is ok. This highly restricts who can enter our server AND gives us more control of whom we allow to play on it.

Holding down the "i" key won't give you the current playerlist. It will give you the scoreboard since the server started. However, hitting "P" will give you the current list of players.

I believe you made a mistake and now you're apologizing by warning the player. Great administration! If you would have spent even a few minutes to find any substantial evidence of scripting, you wouldn't have to randomly ban people like you've done.

Vehicles and tens aren't being saved properly on our server (US 1453). We move location on vehicles and put stuff in our tents, it's restored to whatever it was days ago on server restart.

You're asking if there's a way to "bypass" the restriction of 1 user per CD-key? To answer that question, no - you cannot. Neither can any admin that hosts any server. You all have to use/purchase your own copy of the game, with your own CD-keys.
