    Added auto refueling at all gas stations

    Added G17 w\ 2 Clips, Map & Czeck Pack for all players.

    New Chernarus Rmod server with multiple custom vehicle spawns, custom loot spawns at heli crash sites, wrecks and care packages. Active admins who don't kick\ban for silly reasons. About 150 vehicles including 10-12 Helicopters. Vehicles not used in 5 days are deleted and respwned at random spawn locations. Lots of guns added, but none are overpowering. Trying to keep the DayZ feel by adding additional weapons, but nothing thats overpowering. The AS50's were removed as well as the thermal weapons. No overpowering vehicles like jets or tanks.     A player named Dubstail was teleporting all over the map on US1204 and killing everyone. It was happening at about 10:30pm MTN time.
