is there anyway to block these "private" servers ? private servers are the problem that caused me to leave the mod.. nothing but power hungry kids making their friends spawn in top end gear and kicking people who killed them legit

You aint gonna make no 1000+ meter shots with a .22 how about some L1A1 SLR 7.62mm goodness. my dad's favourite rifle. or the Bren Lmg. also 7.62mm. which as far as I can work out. pre the british introduction to the SA80, 7.62mm was more or less the standard round size for a very long time (in the Uk)

I've invested maybe 6 years in World of Warcraft with in total maybe 2 years total played time. *sad I know* WoW has an auto run key. and Blizzard sells VASTLY more games than Bohemia... point in question. don't tell ya granny how to suck eggs. go tell the number 1 players in WoW that they don't "play the game" cos they use auto run.. watch the backlash

Currently as it stands you can't run 300 meters without getting hungry or thirsty.. now in the real world you can pretty much run a marathon without eating... and even then drink is fairly minimal... will eat/drink timers be extended in the near future at all?

I don;t do it wrong at all. I eat till i'm "well fed" and drink proportionally. still 10 mins later. Dying of starvation.

yeah but you're all missing what I'm saying. I eat and drink in game till my hunger/thirst things are gone right... now in the real world. 5 mins of running does NOT make you hungry or even particularly thirsty...and you certainly wouldn't die from starvation in the length of time you do in game... I think I ran for 10 mins and I got a "Dying of starvation" warning. now. in the real world that just isn't going to happen is it. I think the rate at which your thirst and hunger ramps up and becomes a problem...is far too short.. I'm not bitching about the mechanics of health etc so linking that video was pointless.. I'm simply saying that you shouldn't need to eat every hour or drink every 10 mins..

I don't care how he explains it.. as it stands you get hungry and thirsty FAR too quickly.... which is what I'm saying. it should take longer to get hungry and longer to get thirsty

If people want a human nature simulator, then they need to turn their shit off, and gtf outside in the real world. you don't need a simulator for that. just as you don't need a simulator for eating food or taking a piss

that's completely out of context. how does a US marine look like an Iraqi insurgent? how does superman look like lex luthor? Good people and bad people quite often look completely different. it's all contextual. this is a game. and in 99.9% of all games. you can tell one side from the other due to aesthetics. in the mod you could tell who were the hateful KoS people. and who the guys who were probably going to be nice cos they had hero skins....

Personally they should bring back hero and bandit skins. hero skins give players something to strive for. now as it stand there are no reasons to be helpful, as there are no rewards, just as there are no punishments for being a bandit.. so there's no reason not to KoS

Actually I managed to grind pretty much the same set of gear just by farming the NW airfield every night for a week and as for the 60/60 stanag mags.. all you do is tape 2x 30 round stanags together..it's not difficult =D
