Do you play on your own personal server? Even possibly a private hive? I've had yet to set up much of a camp because of them disappearing in the past and haven't tried much since. Any vehicle I find seems to disappear after I log off. :( I saw that one on top of Electro sniper hill I believe. By the time of us finding it there wasn't much but I took all the medical supplies that were in it.

I saw it on youtube. My friend has been trying to "convert" me from xbox live to PC gaming. Now I've got quite a few PC games and haven't really touched live much anymore.

The hackers current name in game is Zombie. He was in the game at 6:40PM - 6:55PM Eastern timezone 9/26/2012. He is blowing up all of Cherno. The server is set to restart in about 10 minutes. Not sure if he'll still be there afterwards.

You definitely don't see too much of that...most hackers are complete a**holes. Most of them are just downloaders to begin with..

I keep getting kicked now as well. It worked yesterday..but now every server I join today I get kicked for a signature on some .pbo. It's been the rocks2.pbo and even module.pbo plus others. I've tried verifying game cache and all this other stuff but nothing has worked yet. It's even gone from just Arma II files to wrong signature checks on Operation Arrowhead now...It's only been happening since the last patch.

The best way to lessen your chances of enountering one is not to join a game that is almost full. The DayZ team is well aware of the hacking situation along with Battleye. It is quite annoying but at least their putting in effort to lessen the hackers. The standalone will probably be much more safer from hackers.

It's a script that's naturally in Arma II. There are 3 different ones. One is DuoIvan, then the other two are both named Stefan being DuoStefan and Stefan.

We had a camp with two vehicles out in the middle of nowhere on the edge of the map. Within 12 hours we come back and they are gone. We saved them multiple times. I doubt anyone would have stolen them within that amount of time. The server is not on the latest patch yet and neither are we. Not many people join the server either. There are always less than 20 and usually less than 10. Is this common that vehicles disappear? Maybe ours did indeed get stolen but I doubt it.

I noticed and just thought the servers I joined were bugged until it happened in every server I joined. I always immediately turn on the debug menu so it took a while before I realized it was simply the update itself.

My friend has -10000 and yet he still wears a ghillie...If that was truly a fact then I doubt many people would enjoy that but to my knowledge what you say isn't right.

If only you posted this before I tried the in-game settings for a controller. I've gotten used to PC gaming now and probably won't go back to using a controller on it. The only time that I feel the need to use a controller is driving a car. Nice guide either way.

A lot of people do that. That's why you should always try and kill with 1-2 shots within a second or two of each other so they won't even have the chance to quit before death.

I'm a good helicopter pilot. I land perfectly without auto-hover and even can land/fly all in first person even though it's a bit harder. Lol at you being scared of flying without auto-hover.

I know but it's not a overly active server. They are very well hidden. That's why I'm questioning it. Considering all the glitches DayZ has I wouldn't be surprised they just disappeared because of one.

I'm not sure if it restarted or not. :( It is just so far away from anything that for someone to find it within that amount of time is un-believable especially without helicopters. A modder could of joined and taken them or something though. I'll check back in a day or so. Thanks for the help/suggestion.
