My survivor group got insta killed and so was the rest of the server.. a giant list of "name got killed" in the bottom left corner. After respawning the whole place was on fire. :o Edit: and now the whole server is gone from the list.

When opening a soda, eating, pitching a tent and building something you'll hear sound effect. These sound effects seem to be carried with you and when you encounter another player they will be heard by him. So sneaking up on someone, after popping a soda can 10min ago, is impossible. Any of you have encountered this problem?

After finding all these empty whisky bottles i wouldn't mind finding a full beer :D

I think they rather hear more "whinging" suggestions and bug reports to improve DayZ. The numbers already show we like it.

If there will be official servers going up in the future i'll definitely stick to those.. I've had my share of sudden restarts after a firefight that would give me high grade gear. All i can advice is move on the the next server.

I downloaded the BB Units addon. It includes some masks and accessories like face mask and headsets etc. When you get in the server list it shows a red dot next to the servers. I assume that means it is not allowed.

Yup, and the one i was saving got removed from my bag. Rocket also says "They are a little bit of a hack at the moment" .

Tents Tents have a message looted or even looted by [name]. just like the dead player bodies have now. The owner can hunt down the one who looted and will let the player know if its a bug or actual raid. Customization Some sort of "none hud" way to confirm team mates. I think customization is the way to go. We are using skins, face paint and glasses to recognize each other faster at the moment. So for example your teammates could all wear a red bandana on their right or lefts arms, around the neck, upper left or right leg etc. Something subtle but noticeable.

Nothing is impossible, keep at it. Find the major cities they have plenty of loot.. even if raided there will always be drinks, food and handguns left behind.

My idea or being able to pitch a tent in general? I think i don't understand the part i made bold. I'm not suggesting a guarding mechanism. Like i explained it could just be a message that says "All your stuff is gone. You're tent got looted." And if it doesn't give you this message you lost your tent's content to a bug and will not have to find another spot for it.

Yea we got it all on tape as well. What is causing the server crashes? is it save to play now? I don't know about the teleporting, but my brother shot one of you on a motorcycle. Edit: We lost both of the buses with the crash/reset

Yep, thats us. We took all day to patch up the first bus found in Cherno. Then drove it north up to Stary. There we filled it up and found another bus close to the supermarket there. Got attacked once while filling them with the guns found in the military camp. Then went north again and got attacked by you guys.. apparently :huh: Everytime we got a nice stash going the server suddenly goes down.....
