Seriously? :) I use a Phenom X6 and have built a few rigs using them this year I have never once seen an example that can be clocked to 5GHz on a cooling system any normal user would buy. It is a good CPU though but for gaming the 965BE is a better value buy especially as finding a 1090 or 1100T for anything other than stupid prices is now rare. My opinion while Intel rules the high end of CPU's now for a build like the OP's I would prefer a Phenom II X4 965BE overclocked it equals the i3 gaming outside of gaming it is a better CPU than the i3

It has a shelf life but in reality it's useable way past this life, military surplus ammunition is sold on to civilian market shooters in many places after the military shelf life is over this stuff is then possibly stored for years or even decades. Soviet "spam can" cases of 7.62 are still being sold and fired now with 50 year old manufacture dates. Obviously storage is the main issue as long as the stuff is kept in the sealed containers it was packaged in degradation is not an issue, loose rounds or non sealed containers degradation could become an issue but again not for a while.

Hate to tell you derpy but your section commander was a bit off grouping doesn't factor in effective range the ability to hit a man sized target does. It's 400M or 600M section fire, I civilianised in early 2010 so unless it changed since then thats what should be instructed.

Ammo would take years to run out especially for military weapons, I think people don't realise just how much ammunition and arms are hoarded away in countries, your local Reserve barracks may only have a few tens of thousands of rounds and an armoury for a platoon/company but all over most countries there are large warehouses overflowing with the stuff, 67 years of collective paranoia since the Second World War have led to alot of hoarding.

Uk gun ownership is pretty limited and then limited to, shotguns (not exceeding a magazine of 3 cartridges) on shotgun licences which are reasonably common in rural areas (and easy to get). Rifles - Bolt Action in any calibre on a Fire Arms Certificate (FAC) these are rarer as you need to show justification to own the weapon and the certificate does not allow you to simply buy weapons each weapon must be police approved and entered on the certificate. FAC also allows for shotguns with larger magazines but again have to be justified. I own a Lee Enfield SMLE and it's easier to jump through flaming hoops than get another weapon. In the event of an apocalypse the civilian weapons would be pretty irrelevent this country is FULL of military weapons in storage, we spent the Cold War stockpiling weapons and ammo for the commie invasion these "War Stocks" still exist and contain mountains of everything from small arms to towed artillery and armoured vehicles, their locations may not be public knowledge but in the event of meltdown of society it wouldnt take long for that stuff to spread out. TLDR - Apocalpyse UK - Few Enfields and shotguns- SHITLOAD of FN FAL, FN MAG, L85A1/A2, L86A1/A2, FN GP35, BREN gun (the 7.62 version is still in war stock)

Fun fact the L85A2 AWS is a made up thing. The sight model on it is a CWS which is just a horribley crap out of date NV sight. The thermal ability is based on VIPIR which looks different, eats AA and AAA batteries like they are going out of fashion but is almost as awesome as the thermal in game. When I was still serving VIPIR was like rocking horse shit we had 3 in an entire Infantry company (although as armoured we may have had a smaller allocation as all our vehicles had thermal)

No I'm a complete troll Serious note though in your shoes I would do the initial "balancing" in a closed environment albeit maybe a large one, doing it in a completely open alpha would be like doing it in the mod now your going to get badly skewed by exploiters/cheaters etc and thats before you take in to account the "buff this" and "nerf this" crowds shouting at each other............. hell just decide on the balance yourself this Mod was balanced till damages changed and duping went nuts.

Its not the damage needs buffing its the player health needs lowering..... try ARMA see how much faster a pistol drops you, in this mod the player health has been buffed way higher than intended for the weapon damages

It wont run it that well but it will run it. Your issue is that the Hybrid Xfire between APU and the GPU (Radeon HD 6720g2 = 6650M GPU + 6520G APU) which is the graphical selling point of that machine won't be utilised properly by ARMA. Any graphical estimate should therefore be made as if your using a 6650M GPU alongside a 2.1GHz Quad CPU which not high end by todays standards will run the game..... giving you an FPS estimate is not realistic to do too many variables..
