No idea and I don't even care anymore, my 7870 died and I switched to a GTX 970 since they were unable to fix it.

With the old drivers setting Catalyst AI to high quality fixed it, but now the texture filtering setting does nothing... it's been like this for years since ARMA 2 release, so it's pretty clear AMD isn't interested in fixing this bug. So am I now stuck with the white dot graphics until I get an nvidia card? And before anyone starts with the ATOC antialiasing, no it won't fix them. And ATOC on AMD looks total crap, the picture has worse dots around grass/trees than without it lol.

Yeah the twinkling trees with AToC is different but both problems are being looked into by AMD now... let's hope they can fix it. -

I reported this along with the white dots to AMD (could be driver problems since it works without pixelation on nVidia), they are now looking into it so remember to update your drivers when the fix comes.

No, I didn't have it with my nvidia cards and I could 100% fix it before with the catalyst AI setting on my HD 7870. -
If rocket isnt working on something awesome to surprise us in 1.7.3 then he is just being a douche.

In the dropdown menu select Multi Threaded Support, change it to 2 or 4 (Depending on how many cores you have on your CPU) well I have 6 cores... so it wont work? -

Seriously, it removes all the fun from PVP activity. When experience type players struggle to see anything in the dark forest enjoying the atmosphere, you have this competitive douchebag bandit who has his gamma slider up so it looks like a day. Make it same for everyone.

So vehicles disappear after every restart? There's no point in fixing them up then? We fixed up a truck we found for 2 hours, and just as we got it running the server restarted and it was gone. Fucking lame. Vehicles should be 100% operational not broken. -

Yeah looting little villages is POINTLESS now. You might find some empty cans, it's just not worth it. Takes away some spice of the game when only places worth checking out are the supermarkets and military spawns, dont you think?- 150 replies
