Look adding things like stamina are all fine but not with this engine....adding stamina would mean adding more getaway solutions such as roof jumping or wall climbing ...even proper line of sight and hiding in places such as cupboards/wardrobes in a house ...lol anywhere really and this engine just wont do that or not for a long time at least so think of it as a balance issue.

The poll doesn't ask that people who already kos at current will you kos with new item degradation? ....if this was a kos'er only poll then it would be alot more relevant as then you would see who of those kos'ers would decide not to kos because of item degradation etc....but even then youll still get people voting who don't kos purely to tip the scales and make it look like people will stop kos to prove a point ( and they will do this make no mistake). So poll wont give you the the proper results it should in theory give you.

I must say if it was the group i play with ....it would have the opposite effect as if you actually managed to kill us then we would be even more driven to go back and kill your group and make no mistake ( no ego involved ) we will kill you group over and over and yes whilst you'll kill us too dont think for a second we wont kill you :P Thats whats fun about dayz.

So why do we need a poll then ? Polls are representative only to the people who take part in the poll ...a very small minority of the full dayz player base but whatever lets keep the votes coming.

Ill not only kos ...ill leave peoples gear and body and wait for some other people to come along and try loot it ....ill then kos them too. :)

Id take this specific loot and place it in the open and use it to bait people in ...kill them ...take the loot again and go somewhere else and repeat.

Ok ill take it to the next step and use your stupid logic then and be even more anal about it. Currently no one is kos'ing apparently because you don't INSTANTLY shoot them. You first see your target and line your shot or if hip firing then making sure your barrel is facing them ...you then aim for a body part if you want or just at any body part and shoot. That isnt kos because im not instantly shooting someone like an aimbot. Yes thats what i thought...stupid logic. Whos the idiot... if i just killed you ..took the gear and ammo that you spend hours getting and your now running along the beach with zero gear again and need to spend hours getting it all again :)) that makes you the idiot. I do not have to justify anything ....I CAN AND I WILL KOS PEOPLE ....no reason behind it except i want to and a kill is a kill no matter if there new spawns or not. You seem to think i care about ammo blah blah blah but i dont lol ...I see someone there going down or i die trying its that simple. "It's significantly more logical to try to get closer to the player and reduce the chance that you're going to miss rather than immediately shooting them from a distance which significantly increases the chance of missing the other player, especially if they are moving - if you want to waste your ammo shooting like a moron instead of taking the better approach you can be my guest." This i agree on ...and I wouldn't necessarily shoot people from distances where i could possibly miss and i usually wont do that...ill get closer then shoot them ...but don't think for a second that because i didn't shoot them from the very second i saw them from that distance that its not KoS....he was a dead man walking as soon as i saw him. Thats what kos really is .....not the action but the mentality.

Ill forget the totally inaccurate percentage you stated as i know what you mean :) ...but that amount of bullets is still enough to break a leg or make them bleed out ...at the very least you shoot them and they need to run away and bandage ...you switch to your hatchet and finish them off. If they also have a weapon you can bet that if ammo is so rare they will only have a few rounds or non at all..so if they are bleeding out after you shot them and you chase them down with your hatchet to finish them off even if they try shoot you ...your already aware they are there so you can zigzag a little and there aim is probably shakey lol. There dead because they bleed out or when they bandage you put your hatchet in there head.
