Must have been in a server that is "first person" only. On the num pad you press the "enter" key, or double tap it. You can also double tap or hold the "-" key on the num pad to zoom out in first or third person. It makes it look like you're running faster and the ability to see further around you. -

Oh yeah I understand, that would be annoying. I didn't catch where this thread was posted, so all I saw was the title, and though it was a suggestion to have "ghosts" in DayZ. :lol: Especially after reading, "I had a pretty funny idea just now, while I was in the middle of a long running firefight in Elektro on a certain european server." It would be pretty funny/scary if they did add ghosts though. -

The one time I shot at a heli it almost crashed into the ocean then flew off. Two minutes later I randomly die for no reason, and from nothing. I don't know if I'll ever do it again as I was fully stocked with every tool plus a G17 n' a good ol' AKS - Kobra, ect, ect. :lol: Nice video though! :thumbsup: B)

Press "F" and look in the right top corner of your screen. Left click mouse, flash light goes on. It can be buggy and not work every time. -
I wouldn't mind knowing if it's night or day in a server though. I guess if you said it more like that people would call you out on whining, but a lot of players won't play in the pitch black until they've acquired night vision or a group that's online.

With loud guns such as the Lee and the Kobra, I always have swarm after swarm spawning and coming after me. Just gotta pull out the good ol' handgun. I have noticed zombies spawning a little to fast other then the whole loud gun issue, but that's just to make up for the low count of Zeds. -
Ah good to know! I've had maps filled with waypoints, and never thought to do so.

Damn I own Just Cause 2 but don't have Windows 7/Vista... I've only played it on my friends laptop which it can't run properly on... A zombie mod could be cool in JC2 with up to 600 players on such a big map. You could lower the player count to less and add a ton of AI zombies, but who knows since JC2 isn't that realistic. It'd still be fun though! -
To: "Alpo" I've opened those doors, and twice I've been injured but nothing that serious. =P + To: All I only watch the videos with beans given to them. There are so many videos! Only so much time to skim the text of them all.

He/she then ran off and two minutes later I died for no reason instantly. At least they weren't hackers for you guys. :lol: To: "SilentBob" That was to funny! Loved seeing his chute just slowly float to the ground, and finally a video that's short n' sweet!

Go to a less populated server to start off? Hackers like to go after crowds, and also popular servers. I hear they like the extra safety of Veteran servers too. -

Well with this game it's like what the Spartans did. They would kill the weak and disabled to have a perfect society (As we as humans should be doing) and with DayZ the "noobs" are the weak and disabled, and we must filter them out! -

I used to get that in every FPS shooter I'd play... Not bragging or anything, but having loud sound with surround sound headphones always seemed to help. Also playing shooters ever since I started to actually have, "memories". -
