Also if you join a server with alot of players online you can just walk into Elektro and find a ton of dead bodies with every tool, and great gear/weaponry. You risk dying, but at least you don't spend days getting good loot, than end up dying to get pissed off. That way the gear doesn't really matter and you can go around fighting banditos. :lol:

After time you will learn to enjoy it. Every time you die you get better at finding/gathering loot, getting around zombies, and being stealthy from other players. It's really what the game is about, since once you have great gear you seem to get timid from fire fights, and than bam! Shot out of nowhere~ So it's better to just not get attached to your character!

He already said he tried to remove all of the stuff, than he saved the tents when he emptied them. But when he left and re-joined, everything was in the tents again.

So I am stuck riding an invisible bike as I'd logged out while riding it. So I've tried everything, and nothing works. It won't let me move at all either. My question would be: Does anyone know of a server that makes you go unconscious when leaving and joining to quick, or joining to many times. (As to stop dupers.) Or a server that allows players to restart/respawn while being perfectly alive, and while driving a vehicle? Thanks for your time! CZ~

This game is meant to have a scare effect to it, so why the hell not. It'd be really cool!

Yeah I've noticed when I'm all gear up I get so scared to get into fire fights! Now I just join a server with a lot of players, run into Elektro, find dead bodies which usually have all the tools and great gear/guns, than look for a nice fire fight. No real gain, and no real loss. Or get the gear like I'd mentioned, and peace out of there to continue your journey. xD

Exactly, so hopefully they take our suggestions/request to heart for the stand alone version.

That's why servers need the ability to be more custom. Let the server hosts pick the percentages of spawning, and even locations. (Like the editor.) Maybe even keep the spawn percentages, but allow them to change the percentage of the already set percentage, thus not changing it to much, and not allowing hosts to put a set max limit of certain items. This could allow some server to set how far along the outbreak has been going. Like how many vehicles are around, ammo, food, guns, ect. I know that I trust Rocket to know what's best, so servers can stick to the regular version of DayZ if players really want that, but give us a little more variety of gameplay as it really couldn't hurt...

He may have had a hack to see where players are on a map? Not to sure though, and was he driving off road? That really sucks though, but it's what DayZ is about. Starting new, scavenging, getting around zombies, loot-loot-loot, stealthyness, owning players, or helping them out.

So long story short I'm riding an invisible bike that cannot move at all... I can't do anything, and I need someone to come kill me please! DayZ Map: http://dayzdb.com/map My location on this map is 01, 10. (01 - across, 10 - down) I should be a little ways down below the deer stand in that square. Since it took all of my gear in my inventory, I should have nothing. Well I still have my AK, and should have stuff in my backpack. So all in all it won't be a total waste of time. Wow! ... Now I guess my character doesn't count as anything. I went to the deer stand I was near, and no zombies, no loot. Nothing spawns. So I disconnected and re-joined. Still nothing. So now I still can't even kill myself... God, damn.

So I kept joining a server and nothing. Finally joined a new server and it got stuck on the loading bar screen. I'd ctrl alt deleted, than joined it again. Some how still in the same spot, I can walk n' run now! Still no gear, but so happy that it worked. Very odd...

Could I just join a server that uses the older version and once it fails try joining a server that I can actually join?

I also posted this thread right at 11:11 my time. So that is my wish. For someone to kill me. =]

I'm not sure if they fixed that, but trust me I've been trying. I used to spawn on the shore every 2nd or 3rd time joining a server. Now it never happens... I'll keep trying though.

Anyone? Please...
