Tried all of this and it didnt work.. :\ is it my graphics car or processor?

Well, whenever i run the game, it runs fine and i can run it on high graphics settings, but whenever i play i seem to get this 2 second screen freeze often no matter of what graphics setting i put it on. my computer: 4 GB RAM 2GB DDR Geforce gt 610 Intel Pentium Dual Core Processer 2.8Ghz Is it my specs? Thanks.
