lol yeah i was admining for a bit, and well i played, hostile people all around the northern airfield, killed two guys and one had NVG goggles on him >< and the other had an L85A2! >< man i feel sorry i bet those guys are pretty pissed at themselves, just got out of there, wouldnt mind teaming up, but im pretty far north right now chad said he was somewhere close, (ill chat with my crew about you and chad joining us on our missions and we could all use mumble or something. ill let you both know tomorrow ;) Steam ID : just look for : -=Camper-Joe=- =P its changed to veteran, 3DP and CH still on but no name tags etc heh. yeah ive noticed my server has lag spikes every 10 mins but goes up then comes down again, its annoying and everyone gets a "running man" thing kinda sucks, but with this game it uses a TREMENDOUS amount of bandwidth and memory... =( you can donate if you have paypal =P we welcome donations just paypal donate ([email protected]) p.s whats your ingame name? :P

I have a multiplay Dayz server too, and at the moment Rcon or BERcon do not work with multiplay servers. i have raised countless tickets regarding this issue as multiplays "maxping" thing is a complete myth and does not work. they just say they are working on the connectivity issues so looks like its time for the waiting game :) Rcon cant seem to connect to a multiplay server. =/ yeah i tried that as well the multiplay host has a file already called "BEServer" i think its supposed to have capital B E and S at least O.o but just cant connect =(

Im thinking of changing mine from regular to hardcore (no option for veteran) but 3DP would still be on and so would crosshairs, as far as i know my server host does not allow me to change those values...for some strange reason.

but im gonna finish up looting the airfield then probably be able to meet up, im a friendly and i dont shoot my teamates =] so no worries.

I meant just incase, its a mean world out there as you said, never know and it wont be a trap, if i can help it haha im about to play around 6:30 ish, im admining for now

we are trying to gather up weapons, ammo, supplies, tents and vehicles, once we have a decent batch of loot we will start recruiting people to join me and 2 others as survivors ;) providing we can trust you ;) haha but we usually play in the early mornings and late afternoon ^^

multiplay.com has dayz servers up for rent in singapore if you want to rent i rent servers from them, or you can just join mine, if theres space XD SEA servers are not in much supply and so fill up easily.

I host a server and I completely agree with the rules, I shell out 60 British pounds a month for my server, but hey its for the benefit of the community, not for my selfish desires. I host because I want a low ping server for my region since there aren't many, also for others to enjoy low ping as I do. the only reason I would kick a person is for racism/malicious talk and for unreasonably high ping. I shell out money for a server so i don't burden other servers with my own unreasonable ping, and I expect the understanding of that to be mutual. It's not nice for a guy from the USA joins my server in singapore when he comes in with a ping of 653 when there are plenty of servers in the US that he can join. and with the limited number of Singaporean(SEA) servers available I kind of want to allow Dayz fans of the SEA community to join with low ping and enjoy the game just as I do I hope everyone gets where im trying to go with this. :D

I was just wondering, now i know we cannot password servers. but im saying suppose we are allowed. however, we post here on the forums our server. so people can search for the server name here. i post the password here and they use that. still making the server "public" just not in the right sense of the word. that way we can hinder the amount of random hackers simply joining. also limit the quality of the people on servers? just a rough idea, looking for constructive input and not childish rage comments about how stupid it is. :)

I usually warn in game, by using the global channel, i warn for 5 mins, 1 min and 10 seconds the rest of the time it's the server crashing due to using too much memory. thing is, i warn everyone. but i dont recieve responses. i just hope they are reading it =P and not getting upset because they didnt read it

I agree, vehicles are only awesome because they are so rare.

yes! i was just thinking of this, it would be great to see more customisation from clothes you would be able to find in residential areas, military areas, add police stations as well? since there are already fire stations so you could get things like riot gear, which i dont know could slow you down but save your life from bandits trying to kill you =P but im pretty sure others have suggested similar ideas. =P

Ive been kicked from australian servers on BF3 for having a ping of 210 but according to you thats less than a quarter of a second? but yet they kick me? they must truly be shit cunts *gasp* Well if im the only server, then please, take your foul mouth to other servers? i dont appreciate you being as un constructive as humanely possible. I however have seen lag, have been on the end that dies because of lag due to high ping thanks to other players with it. SASR tom? people play on bf3 with 200 ping fine but there are servers out there that kick players for ping less than that, the point is that i dont like shooting a guy and then realising i didnt shoot him because his ping was high. if my logic is stupid then why are there others with similar logic? is theirs stupid too? so be it. just dont play on my server if you dont like it. i only have 1 rule. no high ping. i used to play on dayz servers with high ping, i got kicked for it, i sucked it up i didnt be a little baby. thats why i decided to pay for my own server the second i got a chance, so i dont put people in the same position that i once put them. unlike you, i have a little bit of decorum when it comes to respecting people, unlike mr tom.

I have a server of my own, i do not mind sharing and all, and i try to be fair. but and im sure its posted somewhere but i cant find it are we as admins allowed to kick for ping above a fair amount? i.e on my server i kick those with ping above 200 (150-200) is sorta a gray area because i mean, it ruins the game if you have a bandit appearing as if from no where.
