I think the problem im having has to do with my router, it happens when i play Cod, my Nat is on Strict, If i open up anything before Dayz when i start my computer i will have extreme lag and it will have really buggy frame rate, but if Dayz is the first program i open it will run perfectly. I have to switch servers by keeping the starting window of the arma 2 program open until a new server opens. Is this my computer or internet, if so is there any way to open a port on my router to dayz?

When this happens i usually have really high ping for some reason, even though my internet is fine. -
Everytime i play DayZ without restarting my computer first, the games skips and the FPS lags. When i start my computer up DayZ has to be the first thing i open or it will lag. Any help? When i restart it and open up DayZ and nothing else it runs perfecto..

Its not my internet, i can run any game perfectly fine no lag.

Lol now every server i join flashes, the screen is completely black and suddenly flashes every like 30 seconds...

Whenever i go to join a server it says the server is outdated, the skipping occurs in the chat bar, and in the options bar, in everything.

I joined a server with about 5 people and it worked way better, like there was almost no skips, but that was all i have found, every other server skips, someone said i need to verify game cache, and someone else said i need the beta patch, idk what it is yet..

I turned off my antivirus and that changed the skipping, it made it more frequent but it didn't last as long, my video settings do not effect the skipping.

Processor: i7 - 2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz 2.00 GHz 8 GB Ram Geforce gtx 560M 2gb I talked to someone who was running a DayZ stream and they said they had the same problem, it was something running in the background like a antivirus software that was making the game skip. I turned my antivirus software on its "Gamer Mode" and still nothing changed.

Can anyone help me, my computer runs DayZ great for about 3 seconds and then it skips, it keeps skipping every 3 seconds. It lags the whole interface, when i try to type it skips, when i try to change my video settings it skips. I have an Asus laptop.
