Update, we logged into a different server, me and my palls inventorys we're filled with satchels. we still had our actually weapons, but the inventory with food/ammo was replaced with satchel charges. My third buddy had 11 horn's in his inventory. some wierd thing if u hit it it makes a honk sound.

SVd camo + m4a3 cco m1911. main inventory = 6 mags 1 water bottle. 1 food 1 morphine. 4 bandages, 4 pistol clips Rest space of alice pack, 2x painkillers. 2 water bottles. 1 epi pen. 3 mags for the camo. the rest food. usually cooked meat.

Seems mainly due to server stress, some servers take ages, others go instantly. might be the people hosting the servers. Vilayer seems to be quick atm.

If it's as good or better as the curret dayz? ill gladly pay 15$ agai.

I'm looking for a clan/group that is active in europe. A group that is active, a group that works together, a skilled group with intentions to setup camp etc. A group that uses any type of voice chat. and a group that isnt splitting up into smaller groups. so if your 6-7 people you play as 6-7 people. and not spread out on different servers in groups of 2-3. I want an english speaking or dutch only group/clan, no other languages. I'm serious do well in teams, i'm tactical. and mature. I wanna give this game a shot beyond solo and see more of the game. i wanna fly helicopters, have camps etc. raid places as a team. I just died after my character managed to survive for 12 days, with 563 zombies killed, 29 murders, 7 bandits killed. I got double A50'd while driving my Atv just south of staroye. Guessing is bad for you. I role solo, and hate global chat, people who cry when shot, people who are constantly chatting trolling. it ruins the buzz. atleast it does for me. I like the idea of a radio or a cellphone kinda idea, where u can send a message every 3-5 hours, looking for other survivors. but a not a global chat.

No just no. just cause you "Progress" as in get better weapons and more food. this is hardly tiering up. you are surviving, there's no end to survival unless you are rescued. therefor there's no endgame unless there's a braodcast of a helicopter or a cavalery who's coming to save you, in wich that would be the end, and therefor your endgame. this is a simulator where the "Survival part is key" wich means there's no end. or endgame. it could take 7 years before the infection is cleared. it could take 2 weeks. regardless of how long it takes, the idea of the game, is to survive, and not find a cure at the end of rainbow, or fight a giant mutated zombie in the middle of a hive. If u get bored, then this might not be your type of game. On a serious note no trolling, try fallen earth. it's a MMO with post apocalyptic setttings, pvp, scavanging etc. but that does have endgame, as it's build as an mmo. with dungeons, bosses, and what not.

really? it's impossible to find weapons? Try looking in houses. rather then in the forest. Spawn at beack > walk into ANY town > look for big building or curch > pick up alice/bino/food/drink/makarov > proceed to nearest HV barn > pick up shotgun crossbow and sniper. So hard.

some topic earlier about this kinda thing aswell. more like a giant horde event attacking the server. problem is players will dc and avoid death. and a giant horde might lag the server. However i do really like the idea if a more interactive server. with events orrucring, random car alarm being triggered all zombies going nuts. giant horde rushing into a town. random events "Similair to the crashed chopper. but more interactive. and even the bigfoot thing, turned into an event where he's lootable. Main problem? server stress, And i think zombies first require theyre movement being fixed before making them do more then just run at you, cause a unpredictable horde of zombies, zigzagging towards you, altering speed at random, and flanking you. Yeah, that's a deathtrap u can't counter.

I'm also not sure on the powersupply i would go save, and get a crosair 1000W. to make sure u get enough. Just helping out a fella dayz player. This pc is similair to what i have it's very good. allthough i only have a i7 860 @2.8ghz. (since mines a year old) can save a few $ on less memory, and like 80$ on a lower CPU. This setup got one of the newer i7's with a 40% capacity to overclock. a good 1gb videocard this will run dayz at 60fps. and wont stress the PC. and u can use this pc for more then just dayz, it's good enough to run future games aswell. IMO, never buy a cheap pc. cause the next good game that comes out u need to buy a new one again. a pc like this lasts for a few years.

sasquatch id actually allready in game, searh the forums and google. aswell as youtube, there are several video's about it. it's originally in arma 2. but dayz mod didnt remove it. it spawns at night, and actually seems to roam mostly the black forest. it makes a deep growling sound, kills you in 2 melee hits, and takes several grenades to take down. he also seems to mostly be near a humvee that spawns with him, and he protects th area around it.

600$ that including monitor/keyboard/mouse etc? If not, i suggest keep saving till u get about 1200$. and buy yourself a pc that will last beyond dayz.

Mind u this only works on the retail game, not for steam, the steam location is somewhere else offcourse.
