    The problem isn't your GPU and there is no need to overclock it. The problem is your CPU. I have a GTX275 as well, but I have an i7 920 oc'ed to 3.8Ghz as my CPU, and I am consistently between 45-115 FPS when playing.

    If by set up properly you mean you will experience constant massive red chain desyncing like it's a pattern then yes I would completely agree with you. They are definitely fast upon rebooting the server, lightning fast load time, but that drops quickly the longer they are up and the desync just never stops. If I see it's a Vilayer server I leave immediately.

    All this pointless hassle because people are so hung up on using SixLauncher to play this game. It's as though ten people said SixLauncher is the only way to go when playing this game and then it spread like a virus and people now assume you have to use it otherwise you will run in to problems. Follow the instructions on the DayZ Wiki site and complete the manual installation of the game. Then once that is done create the shortcut on your desktop from the command prompt that it instructs you to. Rename it DAYZ. That's it. You're done. You never have to deal with SixLauncher again. I have Steam as well. Went through the two updates yesterday. Double clicked my shortcut and was in game with no issue. You people are making this a lot more difficult than it has to be.

    You're quite welcome. Well unfortunately I must resort to using a primitive 1280x1024 5:4 monitor at the moment so my figures won't apply to many people but my values changed from the following. Old = fovTop=0.75;fovLeft=0.9375 New = fovTop=1.36;fovLeft=1.7

    What's the reason for telling everyone to stay with 94700? I've been playing with 1.7.2 and 94876 the past two days just fine. Rocket did say to avoid 1.7.2.2 but why the FUD regarding staying at 94700? Especially considering 94945 is already out.

    To make it really simple for everyone, so you don't have to waste time with the google search, here is the formula for the degrees to radians conversion. (pi/180)a which converts to (.0174)X with X being the number you get back from the BC2 FOV calculator in step 3 of the guide. Once you do the multiplication and have your number, between .5 and 1.5, you use that with the corresponding steps in the rest of the guide to calculate the two new figures for your FOV. I did this last night and it made an incredible difference. Enjoy.

    But you failed to mention that 1.7.2.1 is still in an experimental phase and very few servers are running it. Although it is nice to hear that the Ghillie Suit and Camo Gear is back up and working.
