Upon finding some parts we tried to add them to the bus (while having a toolkit) and finding that we couldn't do so. So bringing the parts with us we headed to Zeleno and found a car in front of the supermarket, once again we couldn't repair. Yet we were able to enter the cars etc. We had fuel parts, engine parts, 4 tires, and some jerry cans. Also, when my friend tried to give me a blood transfusion (7k blood) it wouldn't let him. Me and some buds found a bus in a Kozlovka warehouse. We have a toolkit as well as tires, fuelparts, scrap metal, and fuel. The only option that comes up is the refuel one. How do we repair?

We ditched the bus and headed to Zeleno where we found a red car, and engine parts. Once again it didn't work.

The barbed wire there is placed by a player. You have to have a toolkit I believe to cut it.

You're kind of what's wrong with this game. I'm all for banditry, and killing to survive and get better loot. But you're saying that you did it for the rage, and for fun. You're just a prick.

I always head North. However, it's no less dangerous. People are generally better equipped, albeit less plentiful and with the new updates the zombies are also just as plentiful as if you're in a full sized town. However, it's definitely not packed with noobs running around shooting at you with their makarovs.

No. Why not? 1. Small towns zombie counts are WAY too high. I'm fine with large amounts in cities but scavenging, while being essential to surviving, is now made worthless by the amount of zombies. Be more careful and you can get in and out of a town you might say, but no: -Zombies seem to aggro much easier now. -The likelihood of loot is still as low as it used to be, whether that loot will even be what your looking for is even more unlikely. 2. Even when you first start off aggroing a single zombie creates a horde of 30+ to come after you NO matter the size of the town or not.

I think I'll be the first to say this, the zombie counts are way too high now. I mean ammo is already scarce without me having to kill 39 zombies all by myself, even with one shot weapons. The zombie count was fine before, the people complaining about the lack of zombies were idiots who were scouring the coasts and were too afraid to go up North. Every time me and a bud would enter a town, even with zombie counts as low as 100 we would encounter zombies, no matter the size of the town. But now now this is just ridiculous. Zombies were already a force to be reckoned with before, now it just makes people want to avoid towns altogether and try and find loot elsewhere, which is ridiculous. Please change the zombies back. Or at least only slightly increase them above what they used to be.

I hadn't realized that taking on 40 zombies single-handedly was a cowardly act. What I really enjoyed was the desolate feeling, and the rush of excitement when an event such as meeting a survivor/bandit or being chased by a horde. But with this it's going to get old fast.

Hi there, I've been playing DayZ for a bit now (29 Hours overall) and it's amazing. Just yesterday I brought my PC over to my buds and we spent all night playing DayZ side-by-side. But I realized in his game he was able to hear zombie sounds and some creepy music. All of my other sounds are fine, I hear shots, footsteps etc. but none of the music or zombies (I'd love to hear the zombies so I can know when I'm being attacked). I checked my volume settings in-game but nothing is muted or low. Any help?
