I installed it. It showed me an error ''wrong CD key'' that I ignore. The patch as been installed. Do I have to do something else now because I still can't choose a server?

Hello everyone, I downloaded DayZ today, but I don't know how to join a server. When I try to join one, either it says that I run the wrong version, either it does absolutly nothing when I click on a server. On the left of every server, there is a red X. Is that mean that the server is offline, even if it says that there are 35 players playing? I run the newest version of the game (1.7.2.3). I want to continue to play on Steam so I can tchat with my friends, not on six updater. Thanks

The loading screen seems to be fixed to me :)
