There is always a chance, that someone will find your vehicle :) Also car could gone if server was fully reset.

Probably if you downloaded a pirate version before, there is pirate key in windows's registry.

PVP is part of the game. It cant be switched off.

You're right. Small Z radius a little bit cheating. But i think it helps server to be not overloaded.

Oh come on, average lifetime - 49 minutes. These players starting to smell right before they're get a bullet :)
