1. The cars dont work that way if you can save it (saving the gear within ) you should also be able to enter it but it might be complicated actually to get in the right position for the mouse-over-options. 2. You see only how damaged a vehicle is as long as you are in the vehicle as driver (even if a vehicle is 100% destroyed as long as the game sees it as repairable you will be able to enter it [ the fact that you can save it does mean that the game still sees the tractor as repairable (is that even a word :) ? ) ]. 3.You will be able to get all stuff even without fixing the vehicle (if you are in the right spot ). Note: It might be bugged so if you do not find the spot "to repair the vehicle/sit in as driver/get your gear" you propably do have to wait until a server restart after that it should work again.

It seems you bought Arma 2 OA but not Arma 2 itself (OA is a standalone expansion) so for the HD textures you need not to buy Arma 2 OA but Arma 2 otherwise you get in OA only the free version of Arma 2 causing the bad textures.

Your CD is not used by somebody else thats almost impossible but you should take care that you only join official servers because everytime you join a server with his own database (non hive / non offcial) you will spawn with a new char at the coast.

Did you try to start the game differently ? Like Beta.exe, Six Launcher, Arma II Launcher? If you use Steam and didnt did it yet let it check the Arma files might be there is something corrupted.

This idea is quite common no need for another post. It would not everybody would just turn up brightness and gamma. There are few civilian weapons ingame compared to military ones (caused by the fact that arma 2 is a military simulator ) No need to implement anything the variation of weapons arma delivers is goddamnit huge.

Do you use 1.7.2.4/1.6.2.95417 with the correct battleye version attached to it ? http://www.battleye.com/download.html

They dont even need those just turn brightness and gamma all the way up in addition to a good monitor/tv/whatever you can see even in the darkest arma night everything as it would be day (ok might be that everything is black and white and you shouldnt open your inventory anymore but who cares :) ).

Those two didnt even had the need directly to follow you as you mentioned you left the truck at one spot for a while so i think they just followed the truck through binoculars as long as possible and walked then in the direction they believe your group would now be. As soon as one of them spotted the truck (hide those things were you want they are still annoying obvious) they camped arround the truck and just waited for you (people in this game can wait a really long time check it on youtube and you will see people waiting the whole day).

As far as i know this car here http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t41/h290master/arma22009-08-2617-26-38-15.jpg is in the game and can be found as all other vehicles ingame means you need a lot of luck and nothing more.

Delte the @DayZ folder in your arma2 Operation Arrowhead folder and replace it with the @DayZ files of 1.7.2.3 if you do not longer have those files you are not able to downgrade.

No there is no traditional "godmode" but there are hackers so...

Get his guid to ban him through battleye if thats possible. To get rid of him i would just recommend to take the server for a couple of minutes offline ,caused by the huge different possibilities to get a arma server you have to check whether you can simply do so.

You can not mix up retail versions of arma with steam versions eather you get both on cd/dvd or both downloaded.
